I'd always give the weight of credit to the composer rather than the performer. Great interpretation though.

Wow I am mesmerized such feeling in this I cant stop listening. I have been playing music and writing music for 30 plus years and I have never heard suck life brought to a guitar.

Somehow Balalaika has never warmed my heart but this version.. looking at his fingers moving over the strings, the warmth pooring out from the instrument, its... amazing.

Its actualy very hard to play balalaika's compositions on guitar. He almost succseeded to mimic balalaika. Bravo, Maestro!

Balalaika is an instrument, not a technique. He is using tremelo, and rasqueados in this piece.

And tremelo on a classical is done with 4 fingers, sometimes 5.

I bought the sheet music and must to say that he is simplifying some parts to play them without the pinky (which is much harder. I know, I'm trying) but it still sounds great. Well done. Thanks.

For someone older would be unbeliveable to use forth finger. (someone older - older than 18. century or something like this,) This progress, evolution, you know.

Sometime I use my nose to press the 6 string, is it a sin?

Actually the reason most only use 4 fingers is because of the extra effort involved in training your pinky.
