I play the video in the background on my laptop while I work, but I start to listen and repeat the words, not the entire video, but 10 times , off and on. The chant is very calming as i have a lot of work and I am stressed most of the time. I will come back and add a testimonial if what I wish and am making efforts for, comes true, even in part. @@user-uw4mr2dx7c No. Not really, perhaps because I don't listen to it regularly. (?) I don't really know. We are supposed to chant too I think and I didn't understand the words so didn't chant. I have better results with Agesta codes and Grabovoi numbers.
