To add on at 10:34 In TCG, when you play a bakugear on a Bakugan that already has a bakugear, you can choose which bakugear to discard and which to keep. This might SEEM silly but some gears have effects when you play them. So, if you have a gear with an effect you want to activate, but the gear already equipped to your Bakugan has better base stats, you can choose to discard the gear you just played to keep the good stats

Would you be able to play a gear on top of a evolved bakugan? Also, are baku-gear kinda like a way to help those bakugan who don't have a good evo be well. Better?

M the OK Gamer Ya! You can totally play a bakugear on any Bakugan whether it’s evoed or not. They are just for boosting stats and getting effects. They totally make Bakugan without evos much better. I usually play them with the intent of winning the brawl, but you can totally play them on a Bakugan with the intent of winning a future brawl with them

Ah, the perfect thing to watch today as I continue to paint my Bakugan. I've got close to 100 still left to paint, but I'm starting to get a rhythm down. Always like hearing some bakugan content once again, lately their wasn’t a lot

So Baku-Gear is basically Battle Gear done right and with a focus on the Game not selling as many toys as possible(though of course they want you to buy the toys still) and with a better ideal towards the future since much easier to make the toys compatible without design constraints honestly if they keep that kind of design philosophy. I kind of want them to Introduce mechtogan back as long as they as 1. not required to be brought with you(tied with most important), 2. don't break the balance so it them or lose(also most important) and 3 look as cool as possible. like the ideal of them was cool, the actual implantation on the other hand wasn't

Spin master really had done it this time with baku-gear, and they did it great.

Also, I have a suggestion for a Trap Bakugan for the TCG: Let's make the Trap Bakugan cards as a Sideboard thing, like maybe 10-15 Baku-Trap cards. The owner player may choose whether or not to put up his/her sideboard but only once per turn or 2 and the opposing player picks one them and if playable and payable, then its powerful ability activates. If not, that card is either discarded or revealed for the rest of the game. 2:49 Jett: Do I need the toy to play the game though? Me: Dude, didn't I answered it as the first question?

I really like these a heck of a lot more than Battle Gear because I don't have to constantly flip down little wings and shove them on the Nubs and also as long as they're still balls and I can roll them I'm good and yes I am an OG fan

a con: if you are playing the normal armored alliance without ability cards and stuff you can only get a baku core with baku gear if you buy it with the actual baku gear toy

Found some Baku gear packs at a toys r us but i don’t think they were meant to be released

I'm really happy the new line didn't go overboard with equipment like the legacy series did As soon as they introduced mobile assault vehicles, I knew things would go south real fast

That's awesome that you don't need the physical pieces to play the mechanic. I really hope this version doesn't go too far with the gimmicks because I'm pretty sure that's what killed the original. Keep it nice simple, playable but still interesting. I hope this game picks up more

@@blazingfuryoffire1 So far they've been plenty balanced in the game. The costs are high enough that it isn't a given that you HAVE to play them, even if there aren't a ton of counter-play options in the form of negates or destruction.
