// RECIPE DETAILS
Pie Crust:
1 1/4 cup AP flour
1/3 cup vegan butter + 1 TBSP
2-3 Tbsp ice cold water
1/4 tsp salt
Filling:
6-7 peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raw sugar
2 TBSP corn starch
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Juice of small lemon (approx 1-2 Tbsp)
Topping:
1/3 cup vegan butter
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes. Cool for 15-30 before slicing.
