@@cristianrios8804 to be fair Katsumi was one of the characters that could inflict a decent amount of damage in one hit to the cave man that will appear later in Baki, he have a skill that didnt should yet that put him in a bigger level.

Yujiro, currently, is still in his prime, as it has been said before earlier in the series that he too is increasing his power and skill through training, similar to Baki. So no, 17 year old Baki is far superior to Yujiro when Yujiro was his age.

Like others have mentioned nerves can get toughened through training. Not to mention mental training can allow the body to do seemingly impossible things. Nothing like the show but still incredible.
