I just made these this morning. They came out great! I used Frozen mixed berries for mine since that's all I had in the house.

I love it so much! It's the best recipe I tried ever! I also made it without egg, replacing it with flaxseed. I also used vegetal milk adding lemon juice to give it a buttermilk consistency and it worked amazingly.

I just made these, so good! However, I used a muffin tin with six spaces. I think they took about 28-32 min, but I kept checking after 25 min with a long toothpick until they came out clean

Amazing!! Not sure replacing with Stevia will work well. Try Xylitol as a substitute instead.

You can use frozen berries, mixed berries (i.e. blackberries, strawberries, raspberries), apples, mangoes, pears, banana, chocolate chips, nuts etc in place of the blueberries!

Hi Preethi! That's fine- you might need to increase the baking time slightly. I would recommend a 9x9 or 8x8 inch pan!

Yess! The good thing about this recipe is you can replace the blueberries with other things like strawberries, chopped apple, chopped pear, banana, even mango! It’s a very versatile muffin recipe :)

you can try a flax egg or aquafaba - -1/4 cup of each :)

Can I substitute fresh blueberries with jam with bits of blueberries instead? Just reduce the amount of sugar to half I guess? Blueberries are freakin' pricey here in our country, its like 10$ for a cup. :/

Yes for sure! would add the jam in the center of each muffin instead not in the batter as a whole, and wouldn't decrease the sugar!

Hi Navya, I'm not sure how this recipe will work if it's eggless BUT my eggless vanilla cupcake recipe is very similar to this one, and I'd actually advise you to make that as a base, and then do the spices, blueberries and crumb topping the same way as this one! www.hotchocolatehits.com/2020/11/fluffy-vanilla-cupcakes-eggless-and-optionally-vegan.html/

This didn't work for me at all. There was no where near enough wet ingredients to make this into a batter. Very annoyed

Sorry to hear Jeanie. What went wrong? the batter is thick but it shouldn't inhibit you in any way. I wonder if your measuring was accurate?
