How do you use the motion function? I have one of these and motion is turned on in the settings but flicking my wrist or turning it doesn't do anything.

Can we change its strap

Good video.

This watch appears to have been around for a couple of years, presumably with firmware and hardware upgrades. All have been called X6 according to the reviews. It is therefore surprising that replacement batteries are so scarce. As it was available today at just over £10 I bought a black one and a white one so I can charge one while using the other or take a spare battery with me. The watch with battery cost less than 2 batteries!

That's called smart shopping. Besides, with an extra watch you also have a 2nd charger as well as a replacement battery. Wise move.

I might just buy one for the ability to install a 32Gb micro SD card so I can load a bunch of music on it. It would be an easy way to listen to music on my BT ear buds. I am really enjoying your channel. You are a natural at this and your voice is pleasant to listen to as well as your presentation style. Thanks for what you do here.

hi i would like to know why when the watch is setting on the table and i have the step counter up it shows 7 steps for every 7 seconds. how do i fix it to count steps the right way and how to turn the timer off.

I've done my best to find a difference between 2GB and 1GB RAM, but I can't. I even tried to find and load games that need 2GB RAM to run, but they either run on both 1 &2 GB or they don't. I don't see a difference in speed, scrolling smoothness, gosh they even smell the same. There may be a tiny difference in battery life to keep the extra GB of RAM powered, but I haven't tested for that, nor heard feedback that there's a huge power hit, so I don't see a difference. Thanks for asking.

What's the battery life like? Will it survive a day or two without charging and say maybe checking the time 10-15 times a day? Does it show notifications like SMS, Email, Messenger, etc. when linked to your phone?

Tether it to the app in your phone and the time/date should set automatically.

I don't know of any way. The underlying operating sustem must support apps, like Android or Apple. You should consider upgrading to an Android watch if you want to install apps on a watch.

From what I understand, it works for some watches and not others. I don't know how to tell short of testing each one. You can ask Chigz of Chigz Tech Reviews if he'll test that for you along with his battery testing. He seem to have time to go to this level of detail in his reviews.

The app should be free for download from the Google Play Store. This is an older watch so it doesn't have the latest health/fitness sensors.

No, I'm pretty sure you need an Android smartwatch for that. It doesn't matter what level your phone is on, but what's in the watch to handle it.

If it does, I showed it on the video. I haven't found a calorie counter yet that's very accurate, as a true calorie counter would need much more biometric data on you then just your gender, height and weight and age. Still, any number is better than no number at all (ancient Chinese proverb it seems with regard to things like blood pressure, barometric pressure, calories, etc.), so check the review again for the page that displays step count and distance traveled (usually off as well since it's based on individual stride, or step length, which is 'assumed' rather then calculated from user input data). Calories burned should appear there.

Yes it can be connected to iphone but it has some problems like showing notifications. You still can call read messages looking at gallery and all tbus stuff but it has problem with apples privacy so that thing with notifications is like the biggest broblem and thats like all that i know. Im eaiting for them bcs i ordered one so i will tell you more in next 2 weeks if you want

It's an older watch so use your judgement. Sometimes the batteries go out if they get old. You could have some fun while it lasts!

I don't really remember this watch much as it was so long ago that I reviewed it. I don't recall much you could do, but you'd need to check the settings available in the tethering app.
