2 Cups extra sharp white cheddar
3 Cups extra sharp cheddar
2 Cups heavy cream
3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
3 Tsp sugar
2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp pepper flakes
1 Tsp salt
2 Tsp garlic powder
1 Top onion powder
1/2 Tsp adobo
