I have a 2020 Ram Limited with the MF tailgate, just today i had the bakflip MX4 installed and they used the factory brackets, it was done at the Ram dealership and the shop foreman said it is a Chrysler product made for this optioned truck.

Yes, they now make a now cover that works with the factory brackets , which I already made a video for it over a year ago . By the way it is not a Mopar part, the cover is made by Bak Industries .

How waterproof is this cover? Would you put items that can't get wet under it during a normal rain storm in Florida?

Chris, thank you so much for this video ! Can a roll n lock cover work with the installation of your brackets? 2 question? Can your brackets be used and have a crossover toolbox installed!

Hi, I am from Germany and I just got my new RAM with the mf tailgate and the bakflip cover installed. But they only removed the original brackets. Is it possible to get the brackets you show in this video? Would you ship to Germany?

I have no earthly idea how you did this. The right on brackets are way to thick to allow the tonno to sit flush. I had to modify the tonno rails to sit around the right on brackets mount bolts. And the rails still wont fit right. And the bolts dont line up on the cover to secure it to the rail.

Right on brackets. They make it specifically for ram 1500 mft tailgate

I bought this cover and have the same bed shown in the video. I had no idea about these brackets. I was searching for a installation video when I ran into your video about these brackets. Would you be willing to sell me these brackets and the installation video? I just can't believe Bakflip doesn't supply these brackets when the sell you the cover that just crazy. With out the brackets , your tailgate doors will start to bend inwards and the factory warranty will not cover it.
