Baju Band Khul Khul Jaye ! Sanveriya ne kaisa jadu dala ! Jadu ki pudiya, bhar-bhar maare ! Kahe ved kare bechara ! aiso nadar mori mane nahi batiya ! rat karat mose beeten sari ratiyan ! aye rang piya toje laaj na aawe ! hato chhodo bahiyan mori lago nahin chhatiyan ! Arm-band is slipping and getting opened ( because of your embrace) ! What sort of spell has this "Black-man" thrown upon me ! My father is a huge fan of such music and I've grown up listening to such stuff at home. I accidentally happened to come across this video last night and haven't been able to get over it. Hands down the best version I've ever heard - please note I'm comparing this to the lights of Pandit Bhimsen Joshi and Jagjit Singh ji who have sung this. Absolutely divine! Thanks for uploading.

They are famous Qawwal from Delhi Gharana, all Sons & grandsons of Munshi Raziuddin , taking ahead tradition of pure classical Indian singing . The Family migrated to Pakistan in 1947 and is now settled in Karachi. The way they have performed this thumri along with Bhajan " bara jori nahin re kanahi" is simply unforgettable. Love from India for this heavenly music and memorable oerformance

Music knows no bounds. No religion. It binds universally. My eyes become moist when i hear ustadjee.

Bagwan se yahi prarthana karta hu kam se kam life mein ek baar mujhey farid ayaj saab ko saamne se sunane ka mauka ata kare fir mujhe jindagi se koi shikwa na rahega. I don't have words to express my feelings, I'm just crying n that's it.

Just the right kind of setting for a private mehfil. Knowledgeable, appreciative audience & humble, modest singers. Couldn't stop my tears from the beginning, have heard " Bajuband" from many Gharanas.. Kirana, Benaras & Ustad Fareed Ayaz & Ustad Abu Mohemmed & have done beautiful justice to the whole song, sur, laya, everything so perfect. There were also very neat interjections by the Shaagirds. The whole experience is divine ! A million thanks to " The Dream Journey" for this Gem !..wish to hear more such melodies..

Lakeer khinch jane se pariwar nahi mit jate hai. Classic music dono deshon ki aatma hai. Ustad sahab ne jaise khudko nacheej sa bataya hai, wo unki unchai aur apane ustadon ke liye aadar bhav hai. Great

Fascinated by these great performers... Listened hundreds of time..takes me to the another world.. Literally no match to this "mahaul"..the ustads and shagirds..bhagwan may bless their heritage..jeete raho..gaate raho!

Some days ago a qawali concert got canceled in Dhaka University,Bangladesh. I didn't know much about qawali then but the news of concert getting canceled caught my attention and I went to youtube to know what qawalli is. Then I found this channel and now I am addicted to the songs.Much love

I feel deprived of not ever heard of this sheer talent and pure class before... i feel people of this continent at least deserve this privilege to enjoy his magical art and of many such unknown artists in our sub- continent. I firmly believe these angels of god can bring the people of this continent together!!! I hope we’ll shed our differences and come together as loving human beings. I wish i could hear this angel of music live in India some day!! Music don’t recognise borders!!!!

Fareed ayaz and abu muhammad are anything but unknown in music loving circles. The belong to the oldest and first family of qawwals belonging to nizamuddin auliya in dehli. Dating back nearly 700yrs. They have paid hazari to nizamuddin dargha many times.
