Bro.hanok here from d4b..you do a great job at creating informative videos...there is one more 30 amp fuse which controls the ignition and stuff on the right side of the fuse box...it looks like a coil below...it's covered by a small cover like the one on the left...if that fuse blows out... everything shuts off including the electrics,engine etc...mind that too

Bro Battery charge might be gone.90% that might be the reason.Take out the battery and give it to any battery shop and ask them to charge it fully and then try bro it will work most probably.

Very helpful video bro. self start is not working. i thought there will be battery issue. so i have changed installed a new battery. Still its not starting. what should be the issue? can you suggest some? I just want to know something before i go to service center

Bro check all the fuses. Then check the spark plugs, clean it if it is needed. Then check if any wires are damaged by rats or somekind of electric short circuits. If all these are ok, then your bikes starter motor or relay might be damaged.

hello sir if 15 Amp fuse blow again and again then can we use 20 amp at that place ?

We should not swap the 15 amp fuse with 20amp otherwise fuse won’t get blown and there will be a high load on the circuit which would lead to melting of the metal wire inside the wiring and cause a short circuit. 15 amp fuse will break the circuit if the watt exceeds 1800 whereas a 20 amp fuse will fail if it exceeds 2400 W .15 amp is compatible with 20 amp whereas 20 amp is not compatible with 15 amp.

where is the connection of side stand sensor? My dominar shuts down, the panel said side stand down yet it was up because I was already driving for 15min.

There is a small magnet placed on the side stand, next to it you can see wire. Thats the sensor area. If that magnet goes of then you will face this issue aswell

I had this same issue...wen bike jerks or I rev it hard the bike show side stand down message and shuts of engine......took it to service centre....fixed it....problem was the side stand on contant heavy usage become loose and tht interferes with the sensor, the mechanic there just tightened tht bolt and voila ! issue was fixed...check tht out bro....just a 2min job .

Check the Battery first. Then check if the wires are broken somewhere.

Sir I did not start bike for 2 weeks and now only back break lite and indicator back lite is glowing rest all there is no supply. From display to mini display on tank, fi motor is not turning on. What to do. Is battery down? I purchased new battery some 10 months ago so I doubt on battery working. Will it be fuse issue? I did not ride bike for very long time but 2 weeks ago just took for 1 km ride. Please advice

Bro battery charge might have gone. Remove the battery if you can and take it to a battery shop and charge it full,then put it back on ur bike and try starting your bike,it will work if it doesn't then chances are there of rats cutting the wires.

Friend, I had starting issue in Dominar 440 BS6. Bike stopped on the way home. Meter console was showing nothing. I called bajaj mechanic. He came and checked the Battery and fuse were in good condition. Then he removed the starter relay socket cleaned and put it back. Tightened the relay nuts. Removed and put back relay fuse which is placed separately under the RH cowl next to starter relay. Hola the bike started. He said some loose connection issue in the starter relay. Nothing replaced. He charged RS500. Just wanted to share with all.
