Welcome.

Bro.. glad that you fix it. These sensor is the Hall Effect sensor it has 3 wires directly to ECU. This sensor works by changes to the impedance with side stand up or down. The target is made of copper, it should be adjustable.. the gap should be as close as possible without touching the sensor. These kind of sensor are widely use on aeroplanes, I am surprise bajaj use it on this bike instead of just a mechanical switch. This kind of switch is difficult to bypass. In emergency to get home, you can try to overide it by disconnecting its connector Cheers.

Yes. Cams and Shims have been replaced for many.

Hi, can you please suggest the best service center in Pune for D400 UG ? It's been a year only, and I faced a couple of issues but no one entertained at the service centers I am going to and giving silly reasons.

ASM numbers are listed with each service. Call them and get answers or things checked further. you can also Visit SK Auto care (Private workshop), there are vlogs on my channel, meet Sushant. Location in vlogs

Bro do you have any issues with engine sound.. Some kinda tik tik tik sound. My bike cross 2600 now im getting some kinda new noise from engine. U also facing that noise?

No. No such sound. Probably tapets need a check. Also check engine oil level and coolant level.

Hey,it ain't such the disc. There are lot other things to ABS. The ABS system, sensors, oil lines, software. This would cost close to 30-50000 to change. Probably you can get a pre-owned ABS

thank you, I havent really calculated the fuel efficiency of the UG. as I got it at 2200 kms. its a preowned bike. check my previous vlogs for it. my 2017 Domi gives around 30 in city if driven cautiously. I expect UG to give around 28-30 kmpl.

My 2022 dominar keeps stalling in traffic .Are you facing similar issues?

For small issues ? Meet him ? Not required. Problem was solved as shared in the video. Plus have contacts enough where one what's app message gets issue reported to Bajaj and then the orders come to nearest service center for a quick fix.

Nope. Nothing as such. Probably excess water remained in exhaust . This could be one reason. But has the note become sharper or softer . ?

@@WanderSingh so it became soft after 450 kms. Or immediately after service. Probably the vibes got reduced in the bike and there was a overall change. Also do you know if they upgraded the ECU ?

Bike check karva lo. Ya to sensor kharab ho gaye hai. Ya much aur gadbad hai. Bajaj me check hoga. Bike suru hone ke baad and chalte samay dono light band ho jaani chahiye

Neutral Ke Liye, clutch setting karna padega. First gear missing ke liye service pe dhikhao, kahi kuch cable touch hoti hogi plug ki. Ya plug setting check karna hoga

@@aldrenswabe8400 you will need to get the bike inspected. Neutral switch or wiring or sensor... Or side stand switch or sensor or clutch switch ... Something must have gone bad.

Even I have also 2019, there's a problem of trip meter automatically comes under zero,and front wheel wobbling are happening after 9500 km, it makes me unstable and uncontrollable of my bike.anyone facing these.

Trip meter. Does not reset in my bike. Ask the service to reflash the ECU once more. Also for the Tyre wobbling. check if the front wheel is loose or front wheel bearing is loose or is damaged. Plus get the cone set checked and lubed.

I also have 2019 ug the rear brake is not effective

Take it to the showroom or service and they will adjust the Side Stand sensor in some time.

@@ojohnk sometimes that's not the reason but basic disc and pads have not matched. My 2017 brakes got set almost after 2000 kms.

@@ZTNET when the bike is brand new and less kms. It's not always bleeding that helps. It's the Stickiness or leveling of brake pads and disc too
