Excellent vlog, thanks for the details. A few questions: Are pressure fit water pipes the standard? Are all connections usually accessible (thinking of maintenance)? What about gas system maintenance? What are your thoughts on different toilet types (composting, separating, etc) in terms of reliability, ease of use, and maintainability? Greatly appreciate the content and would love to visit some day when we're in the UK.

Yes he was back for a week 😃

Yes we had the immersion heater and in them days had to have a bath after someone else or you had to wait ages to heat the water up

Immersion heater !!!!! Luxury !!!We had a coal fire in the living room(sole source of heat in the house ) that heated the hot water ,in winter it was a tin bath in front of the fire and as i was eldest i got to get in the bath last . ;)

Can I ask you please, i have a Gaslight bottle, would i be in order purchaseing a LPG Gas Bottle Refill Adapter UK Bayonet 21mm Clip ,so I can refill my Gaslight bottle from any lpg petrol station supplying lpg gas thank you ... Emilio......
