Respect to you, ma'm. I am also a Safari bhakt. I drive a 2009 dicor. The dealer experience is spot on. Now they don't give much importance to the older models as far as servicing is concerned. Tata has to realise that despite all the bitter experience, we still love Tata for a reason.

Many consider driving as stressful task but when you have a wonderful machine and passion of driving, it works as stress buster 👍👍. I too go out for long drive in my Nexon and I feel refreshed after a long drive.... Yes I could relate this with her...

Tried 4 Tata motors dealers at HYD to buy a Nexon worth 15.5L. Changed mind and booked a Maruti due to poor pre sale support by Tata and Mahindra. Indian car wale sentiment ka to bhagwan hi bhala kare.

Thoroughly enjoyed the vlog. Never expected an interaction to be as good as this one. I think I watch videos on this channel because of Ravi’s interaction with people more than me being a car enthusiast.

What an informed car owner, she was genuinely into cars.

Truly said, the worst thing in Safari and harrier (both manual) is the reach of clutch. Knees get definitely stuck with lower part of steering.

This episode is one of the best. So good to understand the perspective of a woman. And Ma'am is spot on when cones to car knowledge and experience. Glad to see this episode.

Brand building is not just with coming up with quality product, but also quality service. Both Mahindra and Tata needs to work extensively on the pre and post sales experience. They have come a great way when it comes to their products but its the other areas that is preventing them from building their Brand to the level of Global giants like Toyota, Honda or the German, US and Korean brands.

All the PPL saying, 4*4 is real SUV or Paisa dere ho toh 4*4 Lelo, mere uncle ne yahi sochke fortuner 2nd gen 4*4 li thi, 9 years gaadi own krne ke baad, sirf 5 baar 4*4 use Kiya, aur Mileage bhi kam milta he, and investment is almost 2 lakhs +, abhi last year unhone 4th gen fortuner Li, toh 4*2 hi Li, every 4*2 is almost sufficient for all the regular tasks, jo har month kedarnath, Manali ya jungles me nahi jaate, unko 2 lakh spend karke, mileage kamm lene ka koi fayda nahi h

I am tata safari owner. As a vehicle no issues, but the real problem start when a family of 5 go on even 3 day trip, the luggage issue troubles a lot,especially with the captain seats. I regret going in for captain seats n particularly being a ex xuv 500 owner, I find it very difficult to put two suit cases as the fifth person sitting in third row finds it literally impossible to be at comfort. I suggest people to go in for a bench seat rather than captain seats in case if at all they want to travel with 5 people,forget about the extra 6 th person.

At 1:18 safari's tires are shown and front passenger side seems to have lost all its grip, is it vedio's image correction or the tire got eaten up that fast.

I completely agree with her. My experience has been exactly the same as Her’s. Safari is an amazing machine but the customer service is absolutely hopeless. I got my brand new Safari with multiple dents and scratches, with a screw sticking out and was downright dirty-inside and out and the dealership did nothing and made me feel that the rectifications they were doing, were a favour to me. They clearly said that they can’t help it as the vehicle came to them in the same condition.

Ravi sir.... infact customers ko ek trend chalana padega... against all brands. Headlights are most essential part of any vehicle aur brands itna paisa le kar bhi itni bekar lights provide karti hai.

Not only mens are dieheart fans of cars, womens also are there who loves cars, amd seeing her talking about automobile is so good, mostly I see female drivers drive small hatchbacks as they are much easy to drive. But it's good to see a women like her having a SUV is impressive...

Ma'am age is somewhat around 43-45 as she said she is driving two wheeler from 12th standard from last 25 years and on an average a student's age is around 18 years in 12th. So if we add 25 & 18 we get 43 years😅

Dealership experience hamds down to Hyundai. I have been to Tata/Mahindra, Maruti but Hyundai showroom are like VIP and every customer is true king as soon as you enter.

This video was something else. Such a beautiful conversation and the lady was so good in sharing the experience and details. A good driver and an observer can only do this.

Really after using tata cars for 6 years, i will not recommend any one to take tata cars due to its quality issue and worst service experience. WHAT does 5 stars means when your steering got failed thrice. Mam you also have sharef very true tata experience.
