You have to clean the common Areas, and that is what HOA (Home Owners Association fees) in first world countries is for, this concept is in USA, Europe and Dubai and Some Arab countries....Pakistanis are not use to it. so thy are Angry as to why thy have to pay for Clean sewers, Parks, Streets in Bahrya Town...Why do thy have to pay for Parks, Why thy have to pay for someone else's kids, Playing in beautiful Lawns and Gardens...Pakistanis are use to living with Broken sewer lines, Broken roads, smelly toilet water in front of their expensive homes.....That's why Bahrya town is Different.
