Bro u r give a wrong account about lots of things, I. E, Berar ( a kingdom )was founded by fataullah imad shah in 1484 and there fore ot was now called imadshahi dynasty as rulers belonged to just this dynasty (family) , in 1674 ahmadnagar annexed berar (means adil shahi dynasty was overthrown)

What's the difference in kingdom and empire? Why did tjeu change their capital from gulbarga to bidar?

Kingdom ~not a big provincie like pan regional province Empire~pan regional province like mughal . Pan regional means🤔 Province having pan(different ) region.
