​@@akashsuresh1369 okay. But suppose she was born in South Africa and holds a South African passport, I don't think people would be that eager to refer to her as a South African. Because for us, referring her as African may not sound that great. There is an underlying feeling among many people that holding a Western country's passport or being born there is something to be proud about.. it is all in papers.. What matters the most is what ethnic culture she follows and how she herself likes to be identified. Also, the place where someone is born is not their choice. My daughter is born in Australia because we came here for job. Although automatically she became an Australian citizen, she likes to be identified as an Indian as she is born to Indian parents and follows mostly Indian culture.
