The baghrir is a Moroccan pancake of Berber origin that we like to taste for breakfast or snack.
Still called ghrayef or khringo in the North and the East, they are known as the famous Moroccan thousand-hole pancakes.
A delight with amlou 🤤, butter, honey and a good glass of mint atay 👌

- 500ml warm to hot water
- 200g of extra fine (or fine) semolina
- 100g of flour
- 10g of sugar
- 6g of baker's yeast
- 1 packet of baking powder
