Kunci untuk latihan marathon (42.195 km) ialah : 1. Ada solid running base. Dah berlari dulu dalam easy pace selama setahun atau lebih. 2. Training specific marathon training. Ada quantity & quality. 3. Untuk amatur (macam saya) jika dapat 70 - 90 km seminggu pun dah cukup. Tapi increase mileage gradually. Dan ada minggu cut back. 4. Resting is part of training. 5. Buat workout seperti plank, squat & lunges 2-3 kali seminggu. 6. Paling penting, jangan skip long run. Aku mula lari marathon pada tahun 2017. Sehingga 2019 aku dah lari 6 marathon. 4 daripanya adalah sub 4 jam.
FYI; best long run between 90 mins to 180 mins, long run adalah asas untuk run jarak yg lebih jauh sperti half marathon atau full marathon; klau korang masih baru, abaikan mileage dulu utk long run & yg penting biasakn dgn kondisi long run; lepas tu baru bole fokus berapa jarak nk dihabiskan dlm sesi long run, berapa pace, kilometer ke brapa korang nk minum air..

senang je nak lari jauh. heres some tips: 1. lari sikit dulu kalau x larat (2km-5km daily). sikit sikit naik. 2.properly hydrate. 2-4L of water. minum ikut proper timing. jangan sekali teguk 4L, menninggey pulak. 3. proper diet. try vegan diet, badan jadi sangat rinngan. badan rinngann, senanng nak long distance.

Kita semua pon boleh lari 5km dalam masa kurang 30minit tapi stamina dengan mental kena kuat kalau tak 1km pon semput.

I join my first half marathon this year.. And I can totally relate how Jasmine said about the water consumption. Kalau setakat lari sekilo dua mungkin tak rasa la nak minum air. Tapi kalau atas drpd tu, water intake nk kena control. Tak boleh terlalu banyak... Dan tak boleh terlalu sikit juga sebab water station yg seterusnya jauh lg

As far as i know, ML studio never invite people to give speech. The speaker submits their video themselves. They only do the editing part✌🏻

aku punya training utk HM dan FM pulak isnin, rabu n jumaat buat 5km je lepas kerja. Weekend buat LSD pun dlm 10-12km mcm tu. Time event harap adreneline je utk finish. Haha

Bab water consume tu jgn sesekali ajar org utk ikot cara kita sbb body org xsama... Awk malas pgg botol , vest jaket ada... Jgn bg body dehydrated ye during full maraton... Masa latihan masa tu nk knal bdn anda..bila bdn perlu kn air bila bdn perlu carbs intake (energy gel,gums etc) utk brtahan smpai 40km... Taking water every 10km is bs im sorry i dont like ur advise at all ... Air,energy, mental smua berkait in maraton... Bkn kira malas nk pgg botol air ke apa lg dh .... U fit or not pon dh jd blkg cerita sbb babitkn mental, nutrisi , etc.... We r not talking about 10km run anymore ..... If me, wear your vest ltk botol siap2 anytime u feel like drinking water u drink!

ML Studio rasanya ramai lagi women runners yang bekerja and etc and dah ada achievement pun like 21k subs2 42km in subs4:30 even subs4 hour pun dah ada di Malaysia. Rasanya dorang lagi layak untuk share some tips and etc about a true info tentang running ni.

Tak athletic pun xpe. Yg penting rajin. Mula2 40mins, then 35, then 30. Kalau buat 5k 3x weekly sure boleh punya. Nak dgn tak nak je
