i know...! :( It must be so frustrating for them and upsetting when people tell them CONSTANTLY that it's difficult to understand.. TT arghhh and ik BoA didn't mean it in a bad way but how disCOURAGING People can just say it's hard to understand and then move on, instead of continuously talking about it and insisting on its "difficulty" rip - If you're interested in it, you learn and become a fan; and if it's not your cup of tea, then move along!! Lol

@@rex8814 I think sm will keep ncts concept. Bc it is cheap for them. Sticking one or two trainees who're ready to debut in nct, is a lot easier than making a whole new group. That way they can debut more trainees, but spend less money.

WayV is like a special class for transferees from China, aka a Chinese class. NCT U is like an extra activity class where students and participate at any time.”

I only found it difficult because the Wiki page didn't explain NCT U's purpose at all, only that it existed. Took me a while to figure it out. The other subunits are simple to understand.

I was shocked that Minho was in Shy Social Club...he is someone who like to make friends everywhere he go

That's actually very normal and common in artists, actors, etc. There is a difference between being friendly and being friends with someone. Some ppl are just more amiable but don't find it easy to open up.

not a nct fan but i find there concept fascinating, its not that difficult to understand it and its really nice because they broke down the big group into smaller ones so you can really see each ones talents but their dynamics when they're all together is so nice and it shows so much charisma. its also nice waiting for sm rookies to finally debut. they've waited for it so long. ❤️

NCT’s concept is really easy to understand tho. People always complaining about the numbers of members and it’s hard to remember when it is really easy to remember because they don’t look the same.

The camera's aren't focusing on TaeYong and Jaehyun that much.

Neo Culture Technology...it shouldn't be that hard to grasp on to NCT's concept and what SM is trying to convey with the group. NCT U is meant to be the rotating unit hence the name United because any member of any of the sub-units can switch to NCT U whenever SM sees fit. NCT 127 is more the main sub unit now as the fixed unit for Seoul hence hence the moniker 127, the longitude of the city. NCT Dream is for the younger generation where they grow their art and eventually graduate into one of the main units 127 or U, but NCT isn't done expending yet, there will be more units in the near future. NCT China is going to debut soon and feature most of the Chinese NCT members all in one unit.

Koa Jinja It’s hard to grasp for people because they’ve never heard of anything like this before. I mean come on, a group with infinite number of members and an infinite number of subunits, and some subunits being rotational has to be confusing for people who haven’t been long time fans and are just learning about it.

The concept is really confusing..I got to know them by subunits. Started off with 127. The rotating unit U is what got me confused. Also it would be exhausting for the rotating units to memorize a song and choreo for each perf.

its not that hard to understand NCT is the group and within NCT are sub groups.. NCT127, NCT dream, wayV and NCT U is interchangeable and can consist of any NCT member.

Alright yall NCT isnt that hard to understand - 1 super group with unlimited members. Means sm can debut new rookies without having to create a new group (not only cheaper for SM, but gives new rookies the boost of debuting into a group that already has a fanbase) - NCT 127 = fixed unit of 10 (currently promotes as 9) - NCT Dream = used to be based on age, now is a fixed unit of 7 containing the younger members of NCT - WayV = fixed unit of 7, promotes in China - NCT U = rotational unit, different members are chosen for each song If it makes it easier, just think of 127, Dream, and WayV as their own individual boy groups who sometimes get to do some cool collaborations together under the name NCT U Also: - NCT 2018 = all 18 members of 2018 - NCT 2020 = all 23 members of 2020 Literally just every NCT member getting to do a song together

NCT’s concept CAN be hard for people to understand. There will be people who will get it immediately but there’s people who won’t be able to understand it for a while. Don’t just bash the MCs because they don’t know what the group name means or don’t understand what the concept is. When you get a bunch of information it takes a while to fully process it and understand the concept. Plus if you’re just learning the members it can be really confusing as well.

I can’t be the only one who thinks nct’s concept isn’t that confusing. Also shouldn’t it be common sense to research about a group or person you will interview before you go on broadcast them. It seems rude to me to not do that :/

Think of it this way: The time this interview aired, the year 2018 was already almost over, so people would consider it pretty much a full year. If NCT 127 debuted early in 2016, then they would count ALL of 2016, ALL of 2017, and then ALL of 2018 (despite there still being a month or two to get to the new year).
