The crunch when you bit into that burger...all drools here. WOW! I may have to do some checking into whether we have any really good Smashburger places. I don't mean Culver's either. Shake Shack is good but it's all the way downtown. I love seeing the Charlotte spots rather than the same old BK or McD's. Good to know if on vacation or we get locations here. Easing back seems to be agreeing with you. Great hearing you have time now for other things and hanging with friends,

Papi! I hate you right now because I live in IL!!!!!!!!!!!! 😉🙃Omg- I have never wanted a burger in my life as I do that burger. Please never stop doing this channel (ok at least not for a while) lol. On April 8th while driving her son to daycare- my niece, her 4-year-old son, and her boyfriend were t-boned by a drunk driver going 50mph at 7:30am! They are recovering and doing well. Her 4yr old only had scratches from the glass. My sister-in-law has complications from surgery due to cancer. So many prayers needed. You bring sunshine to my day- Your smart assy humor helps make my day a little brighter with everything going on in my family. 🤗💟I know you have a lot on your plate, but you are appreciated more then you know. That looks really good. I'm definitely going to check it out when I find myself up that way. Best burger? That's my wheelhouse. I got bored and made a list of burger places in the Charlotte area that I've tried and ranked them into seven tiers of quality from best to worst. I'll post the list in a reply to this. I threw in a few out-of-towners and a few that have closed that used to be on people's best burger lists.

Here's my ranking of the burgers that I've had before (and they currently still offer) at Cowfish, from best to less than than the best. Even an average burger at Cowfish is better than most other places' best. Weirdly, The Jalapeno Popper Show-Stopper and the Shroomin'Swiss Burger are ranked much lower than I would've expected because they don't pop with as much flavor as I expect from those ingredients. The Local Yokel The Texas Longhorn THE C.B.C.L.T. Yo Adrian!!! The Arnold Hamandeggar Apple, Berry & Brie Turkey Burger The Boursin Bacon Burger The Stout Burger The Jalapeno Popper Show-Stopper The Texas Crunch Burger Black Truffle Cheese Burger Shroomin'Swiss Burger They don't usually put much Abbott Farms F.R.O.G. (fig, raspberry, orange, ginger) jam reduction on The Local Yokel burger, so I usually ask for a ramekin with some extra for my burger. 😊

I had this place when I was visiting my brother back around thanksgiving of last and thought it was very good… my thoughts were the same - open up more and they will succeed. The ingredients tasted fresh and the staff were very friendly and courteous.
