It is very difficult to say without seeing. However, most of the problems are that the shuttlecock is pushed and hit. The racquet head must come forward rather than the wrist so that the hitted shuttle is sharply pierced down. kzread.info/dash/bejne/pnmK1ZKMqpesk6w.html

Badminton will continue to be difficult for you in the future. Give up... Giving up is easy. But, just do the smash you are talking about. If you want to quit after that, just quit. Most people on the badminton court have had the same setbacks as you. Don't think of one or two people who are particularly good at it. You just need to be better than you were yesterday.

Before I saw this content I made a lot of backhand clear mistakes when the ball was below which I couldn't go up, can you make a tutorial for backhand clear when the ball is under #salam maxbolt Black🇲🇨
