That’s a neat idea

Love this kit for the tail light tidy, however already own two seats (a touring seat and a solo seat with cowl) and would rather not pay for a seat I’m not going to use whether Imitation or real leather. My thinking is you would probably sell a lot more if you provided an option without the need to order the seat. Really provides a clean professional conversion. Well done!!

You do know this kit shortens the original seat length? Which basically means that the orginal seat would not fit.

Exactly, page 76 of the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 (UK/Euro) Owners Manual: "Always disconnect the black negative (-ve) battery cable first and then the red positive (+ve) cable while removing the battery connections."

Hi ! One time you cut the rear loop you can't use the original hoop anymore, even with the insert. That's the only definitve modification you will have to do for that kit. I love how everyone says how much you can customise this bike, you just need to be able to be an engineer, welder, sparkie to do it.

This mod takes great lengths to get around the most simple of welding jobs. Yes, it has one of the lowest barriers to entry there is. Take yours to the dealer.
