Honestly, I don't think Mary has any idea what she is saying from one point to another. From the sounds of it she seems to be just telling people what she thinks they want to hear. I'm sure that has probably worked for her most of her life but now that she is being filmed it no longer works. Also, she probably has no idea what the truth even is at this point.

Before providing another grant I would say a government authority needs to research what the last grant was spent on. I think you will find a few home renovations, trips, vehicles at both Mary and Russ's properties as well as at the homes of their family and friends. More than just screwing with the books is going on , way more

How can they charge a commercial rate just for the size of your pipe which you paid for, commercial rate is for business, and you don’t run your business from Otter Creek it’s residential. The only way to fix the corruption is to expose it, get the people involved thrown in jail and allow those who don't want to continue with the corruption vote in a government that the prefer. Jeremy's helping with the exposing, now it's up to the city and the county to do the rest.

Because if Jeremy had blown up at Mary, it would hurt his case by far. The more he obeys the laws and does not interfere with or seem threatening to city officials, the more it will look like they are at fault. I take it that Otter Creek does not have its own court system so likely it would be county court handling the lawsuits, and from what Jeremy's videos have shown the rest of the county *HATES* Otter Creek and its officials. Don't give them any ammo and it should be in his favor.

I am so glad you recorded all the lies they have told you and all the fines they have charged. Already she acts scared and is much nicer now she knows she will be prosecuted. I do not know how you can stand this mess month after month. But thank God someone finally caught them stealing from everyone. They will finally have to suffer for their crimes of stealing from the whole town. I pray for all of you who are fighting that evil group.

I would suggest putting a couple of dollars more in pennies there so she can have to make a return to you. It’s legal tender it’ll eat up time it’ll be an extremely annoying for her to have to deal with but she’ll have to take it.!

I know you are going to win this battle and I will enjoy watching it all unfold. I wish I had the resources you have as we have been screwed by our city with our utilities. Our average water bill for myself and wife and our youngest getting ready to be in high school. Our water bill is between $150 to $300 per month. These costs jumped once they changed to a smart meter . I know for sure there was also a tax charged to all residents for a period of time for a new water plant that was supposed to expire years ago but folks didn’t dispute it and so they keep charging it .

I am so proud of the job that you are doing what you are doing is making sure rules and procedures are being followed. What has happened is you have stopped meth from being dealt (probably cooked too) on the back of the property. Illegal dumping, illegal dumping cars, illegal parking, illegal placement of porta potty, illegally repeatedly charging from pushing and pulling water through the meter, too many to write about. Government is required, by law, to run a certain way and yet not in their lazy town. The water they provide to the community I personally would not wash my dog in.
