Dr. Dhand, you gave me the courage to stand up to our doctor today, not only to explain how the medications were not working on me as expected, but to tell him the course I was taking. The test papers and results, and that I was not going "full Chinese medicine" on him, but looking into what I was missing (iodine to work with my thyroid medicine) and supplements like low dose Zinc and D3 rather than D2, but also the hibiscus tea, and he relented. In two or so weeks he'll have me tested again, but my BP was normal before I went into the building and I took a time location stamp photo to prove it. My BP went up with the arm clamp of death, but not the wrist type I own. Who says an old doc can't learn new things? 😂 I still have to watch my kidneys but it's such a relief to have the doctor on my side again. Thank you for your upbeat attitude!

I don't take the creationist view, but I love it, it is so deep and similar theme as what you read. The previous 2 albums were kind of about the human condition as well. He was highly inspired by Richard Dawkins's Endless Forms Most Beautiful and named the album the same. Love ya! XOXO

❤ I got a new general practitioner 2 years ago I went for the blood test and all the tests when I first got him. But he is constantly bothering to get tests I don't need or want. Colonoscopy after his visit I got a call for somebody to make an appointment for my colonoscopy then I got to call for a lung X-ray and mammogram pap smear and I'm not doing any of them. My reason for going and getting a new doctor I'm 57 I haven't been sick in over 15 years don't eat fast food never took a covid shot isolated or social distance and I did not get covid. But my arm started going numb in my sleep and my mother suffered from thoracic outlet syndrome I already have disc degeneration and straight neck which I do exercises for the only thing that relieves the pain is exercise. But I found it quite odd that this general practitioner that's never even put his hands on me what happened to doctors checking your knees and your breathing and all that he just talks to me told him about my suspicions of thoracic outlet syndrome he ordered a nerve induction test. I keep in mind he's supposed to be holistic general practitioner. And he is not a surgeon his first question to me was would I be up for neck surgery no tests have been done yet he is not a surgeon and he's talking about neck surgery so I found a doctor Mandel and I've been doing his TOS exercises and my arms aren't going numb anymore unless I get lazy and don't exercise for a few days. This holistic supposed to doctor has never suggested vitamins has never suggested anything also he called me in a bunch of drugs he knows I have serotonin syndrome but he called me and prednisone. I can't take prednisone I can't even take any kind of antihistamine or anything with acetaminophen I feel like I ate 42 diet pills did anybody old enough to remember Dexatrim. I've been doing my best to find herbs natural remedies Ginger is wonderful with honey

I know, that, as a medical professional, you have to 'keep a straight face', but do you think that you could be a little more expressive? I'll probably cop a lot of flack for this statement. I do hope you understand that, as a woman, I need to be able to see some empathy on a face to feel that what you are saying, you are actually feeling, too. Have to disagree with you regarding teens entering med school. Some may consider university a waste of time, others realize it's a good thing to be well rounded, learn how to think, learn how to deal with dissenting opinions all while waiting for that frontal lobe to mature. I'd pick the middle of the class US med school graduate before the 22 yr old who graduated in 5 years (would this include along with the med curriculum organic chem, physics, calculus, etc?). Time is short but it seems we only realize that when we hit middle to late age, in teens and 20s we tend to believe we're immortal.

You might not trust a younger doctor, but while Biden forgives Student loans for useless degrees, the 18 year old in tech schools are starting their own business or in a high paying job at 22 or 23. 5 years of education is 5 years, and a young flexible mind not crammed with useless crap learns better. I don't know how many people I've seen lose interest after the 'required' classes when I worked in a college office. A five year wait list plus four years of blah blah blah to get into radiology sidelined me. The basic requirement classes in US colleges now should have been taught in junior and high school. They're teaching basic math in colleges now for crisakes! Never mind the political BS. Four to five years of wasted time and debt. Utter BS!
