ARTIFICIAL SUICIDE // LYRICS
Soaked in the neon glows
Silver forked tongues talking to you in the digital snow
A glitch in the chain, a loop in the brain you wanted to break, but you still wanna play the game
Well we’re not gonna be a commodity
Not another maggot in the feed that you’re gonna eat
Motherfucker, you can try
Artificial suicide
Eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth
Lighting molotov's for the broken youth
Can you hear me through the white noise, friend?
A cheers to the life you don’t get to choose
Another anti-christ on the evening news
Can you hear me through the white noise?
We’re not gonna be a commodity
Not another maggot in the feed that you’re gonna eat
Motherfucker, you can try
Artificial suicide
You hate the shape when you have to see an unfamiliar face on an all black screen
Can you hear me through the white noise, friend?
Repeat the phrase they force you to read “If I wanna be great, I don’t wanna be me”
Can you hear me through the white noise?
Can you hear me?
Can you hear me through the white noise?
We’re not gonna be a commodity
Not another maggot in the feed that you’re gonna eat
Motherfucker, you can try
Artificial suicide

My Wifey got me listening to Bad Omens.. I literally only started listening to them within the last 3 months or so.. she popped my Bad Omens Cherry. 🤣🤣 lmao Seriously, I thought there was two different vocalists because of that very range.. and I’m genuinely shook. He’s got Chester Bennington’s range, with Corey Taylor or even Maynard Keenan’s rasp.. this whole album has been an experience because the sounds are all over the place, musically. They draw from so many different inspiration-pools that its genuinely difficult to pin-point their “Genre” even though I’m leaning towards Hard Rock or genuine Metal. But the band’s musical fluidity is honestly interesting, as well as inspiring from a rookie musician standpoint… This, “IDWT$” and “DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND” are my three favourite “put on repeat and leave it for 8hrs straight” songs off the album, even though the whole album is amazing! Gonna have to go through the back catalogue now. 🤘🏼🤘🏼
The one time that he screams “white noise” has been replaying in my head over and over. His vocal and the range of his screams even are amazing!!

I have been listening to Noah a lot lately. He has made me want to listen to this song and most of his other songs on repeat all day and vocals like this give me a headache. Noah, Andy, Oliver and Ronnie are the only people on this planet that could scream at me in a song and I could and DO sleep to it. Amazing! He's beautiful and talented. I wish there was a way I could tell him that to his face. He deserves all the best❤ all the love Noah Sebastian ❤
The versatility with this band is insane. Listening to this and "Never Know - unplugged" for instance, can't believe it's the same band.

The unplugged stuff is amazing, Imminence do a similar thing and its like is this even the same band.
Perfect mix of brutality and melodic sensibility. Excited for the full record.

Such a talented vocalist
these dudes are insane live, never heard of them til they were opening at an a day to remember concert and dethrone came on and this inner animal just came out in me...now im hooked. cant wait to see yall in myrtle beach this year
Only Bad Omens can make such a heavy song sound so clean. I love it!! It's hard for me to genuinely enjoy overly heavy songs, but Bad Omens is something else. I'm having the time of my life every second of listening to any of their songs. I can only dream of seeing them live some day

Su voz acá es muy power. Tremendo rango vocal !!!! creo que es uno de los mejores vocalistas en mucho tiempo en el rock ❤
holy crap.. 35 times on repeat isnt enough.. favorite

Very curious for the video already. Heard the song about 100 times, such a BANGER! :D EDIT: Now that the video is out - I love it. I think it really fits the lyrics and theme. :)

@@moderatefilms6972 yeah, i was really hoping for some heavy stuff because besides this, dethrone and maybe glass houses, all their music is on the softer side like this album, so theres plenty of softer ones so i was really hoping for at least a few heavy ones.

@@moderatefilms6972 i wonder if his voice might be giving him some problems that going low makes worse. Complete and total speculation with no evidence whatsoever to back it up, but i'm just trying to figure out why his favorite off the album would be the only heavy one and why if that was the case they didn't make more.

@@daltonevans3412 Noah has stated that while he does love metal music, it all sounds the same to him, he also likes pop and rap. This album was their way of venturing through different genres-- kind of like Bring Me The Horizon. He knew people weren't gonna like the album because it's not as heavy as their previous albums, but his method of using heavy vocals depends on the song itself.
They opened with this track at Aftershock yesterday... My 1st time hearing them, while standing in the hour long TOOL merch line, they had the whole line banging, f*cking epic! Definitely one of my new faves🤘🏻

opening with this and closing with Dethrone is insane to me. so glad i was there this year, had to walk from their stage all the way to the other end of the fest during Dethrone to make it to the next set on time and not only could i hear them play the entire walk, but also not a single bored face was to be seen, it felt like legitimately every individual in attendance was captivated by Bad Omens. epic shit indeed

Yeah same. Never heard them before and when they came out in winter coats and ski masks in 95’ heat and dropped this absolute banger, it blew me away. Their set was definitely an Aftershock highlight.

Do you know that feeling that you need every day a heaviest song to keep going ? This is the fealing I have now, never in my live I would think this song can be my taste. Its great!
Well... I found my new favorite metal band. Love the different styles and composition of their tunes... solid band with a bright future.
So, I discovered this band a few days ago. They're now my in my top 3 bands of all time, their new album has got to be one of the best Metalcore albums I've ever heard in my entire life.
Another freaking great video, Noah has one of the best vocal ranges ever!!!!!!

"DHUO DHU DA DHUO DHU DA" - Noah (2022)
Album of the year, 2022, coming right up! The vibe of this record is going to be an awakening.
just a few days ago, i decided to take a step into the metal/rock genre, and this is one of the first songs ive heard. a lot of rock influence was in hip-hop, and i loved that element so i decided to listen to some raw tunes, and man, im not disappointed at all!
Every time I'm listening to this song I have this tiny screaming shirtless Noah inside my brain

Based on this and the title track, id be shocked if this wasn't the best album they've ever done. Excited to dive into it!
They honesty need to be bigger than they currently are. Like promoted hard and playing in huge venues. All of their tours are already all sold out.
Lol new fan here. Just found out about u guys from the new collab single and i am OBSESSED WITH U GUYS. This is gonna be the song i play in my head when i wanna throw someone out the window lol. Im definitely checking out more from yall.
I just discovered you guys recently but I have become completely invested 🤤 from the metal, to the softer stuff too, can't get enough

Only just discovered this band. It's been years since I found a band that I can listen to an entire album front to back with no filler. They deserve far more credit and attention!
Its so funny to love a band like Bad Omens, you always ask "which one are we getting? Unplugged Bad Omens or Dethrone Bad Omens?".... and sometimes you get both lmao
This video was absolutely insane. The love child from all these creative masterminds and the wizard Orie does it again. Y'all are K I L L I N G it!!! I'm so proud of you boys!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ I can't wait to see what we're getting next!!
