The dog would drive me nuts. My neighbor got broken into about 20 years ago. I heard the dog backing but ignored it. She said, why didn't you call the police. Why? That thing barks 24/7!

Agreed....every now and then we fill a stockpot full of water them put it on the stove, get it boiling and then start the hot water tap wide open and then pour the boiling water down with it and the liquid soap....we use the old Palmolive green dish soap. Those dishwashers also help with this same task as they use hot water and the soap so as they are used the same process happens but with limited volume. Sometimes, we will simply plug the sink and get it 3/4 full of hot water and soap then pull the plug...it really helps push the crud down the sewer pipes since those are always cold during regular use...and the grease/crud tends to stick to cold pipes vs. warm.

That is a pvc primer only for advanced plumbers! A regular plumbing code inspector might fail you if they don't see the people primer line.
