I think there are some rules if someone enter combodia via different country then combodia officials must have immigration clearance from via country
Can't blame them. It is a rule there and the staff is expected to follow the same.

Ye AIR ASIA staff service bohut ganda hai bhai, ye asia ka cheapest flight bholke log booking karta hai. But totally bad experience this airline
But i can't understand that airline staff" indian passport visa free for thailand Then where the problem? He going is own country he had work permit Stupid off the airline staff no have good knowledge just harrased the passanger.

You still need a transit visa or at least permission to transit. Listen to the person too. Instead of all talking together. You all speaking at once doesn't make the situation better .

Thailand is transit free for Indian passport holder for upto 24 hours. That airline staff was just making random nonsense excuse to deny boarding
