Blame your agency bro you and blame the country hotel for without any reason..you can’t do like that

Same issue I faced in Mumbai with Oyo hotels. Very Bad experience and difficult when you are traveling with family and face situation like this.

Hotel owner is quite a gentleman.... He even came back to give back your glasses

The cheapest room in Nepal with basic standard starts from minimum 1000 Nepali rupees per night and your agency said they booked room for you for 2 nights only on 800. How could you believe on them? Couldn't you recheck yourselves? Your thumbnail is making bad impression about Nepal man. The mistake was made by your agency and you, not by the hotel and Nepal. Better you rewrite the thumbnail.

I know difference about hotel & hostel bro.. but that was confirmed booking of hotel.. I double checked with costumer care also.. agoda agreed that it's Booked.. but hotel onwer not accepted because of very low price.. this was the problem.. so it's hotel onwer & agoda fault.. they have issues with each other..

I faced the same but different issue in thailand in 2022 at phuket! I booked a hotel through agoda, but after reaching the hotel in person they said they only book hotel on monthly basis & they said they don’t have any partnership now with agoda! We contacted agoda but they were like please wait we can book another hotel for you which we didn’t listen and cancelled it after that we chose a hotel by ourselves

I don’t even know how this Agoda works. My family runs a small hotel in Kathmandu and we have no connection with Agoda at all. However, I have seen our hotel’s profile on their website and they are taking bookings as well. Fortunately we haven’t got a single booking from them.

This is an agent's mistake from the channel manager company or Agoda. Hotel should contact Agoda to correct the same. They will verify if is it Agoda mistake or channel manager company agent mistake. Contact Agoda for refund

It happens. Without prior notice given to the Hotels the booking websites just show the availability of the Hotel, nothing to the blame Hotel . You should polish your brain and make a complain to the booking company instead of blaming the Hotel. It simply exposes your ignorance.

Agoda is the biggest fraud. It's a Chinese company and two years back main baja chuka hu unki. They did the same scam but I got the refund.

Hostel heh firbi Khali heh .so no any disturbance .it is really cheap even we Nepalese live in hotel sometimes for get-together atleast minimum 500 per night in simple room .well that's fine bro .you learned new experience d too

Sab commission sey chalta hey KTM setting bina jina muskil hojayayga.

Bhai agoda ne deal bohat cheap di thi sirf 400 nepali rs. Me.. jabki us hotel ka price minimum 3500 hai.. to kyu accept karega hotel wala? Aur dusri baat hostel ki booking to agoda walo ne dusri application se kar ke diya tha taki muje satisfy kar sake.. but I was not satisfied.. kyuki galti to un dono ki hai
