Great review! I saw it a couple of weeks ago from the very back, but loved it so much that we've booked again for November, this time in second row stalls (has to be done!) :) Totally agree about the Adam Lambert track. My fav track of the album!!!!

So glad you FINALLY got to see it after so many cancellations!! I’m so happy theatre is back 🥰 Cinderella is definitely on my to see list, especially after this video 😍❤️

I went to the Theatre Cafe before a Heathers matinee - long queues but a lovely theatre overload! Funnily enough I went to Doughnut Time pre-show before a BMC matinee too! I’m seeing Cinderella in the 5th row of the stalls just after Christmas, may have to take my dad to Doughnut Time before!

Isn’t it amazing!! Yeah if you go before a matinee they tend to get really really busy! It’s pretty quite during the matinee on a two-show day!☺️ I love doughnut time!😍 omg you will absolutely love Cinderella, hope you have the BEST time!!!

What a fantastic day we had. Loved the whole musical theatre experience. Cinderella was amazing. So worth the wait. Can’t recommend it enough. X

Thanks for sharing your experiences! So why does the godmother give the necklace to Sebastian? I agree that one song for the godmother is a bit weird. And was gutted to learn that they removed the Vanquishing, however it would be very hard for any vocalist to live up to Adam's voice. Did you enjoy the morale of this story? And the execution of it? I think it's weird that it's so negatively viewing the source material, while falling pray to the same traps (she is now against love, cause her father and mother died which is weird in it's own way, but eventually has no dreams or aspirations except for being free, different and herself and eventually falls in love anyway?). I get they were going for a just be yourself morale, however living in a society does have its costs and sometimes you need to shake things up to change perspectives. Change is not the enemy, i just wish they'd embrace it more in this new version. Also in the musical score, because let's be honest, this isn't ALW's best work. I admire what they were going for, but the execution leaves me waiting more.

Hi! I’m pretty sure theatres are all contactless for merch, tickets & refreshments. I know that most West End theatres are but LW theatres including Gillian Lynne are “encouraging contactless payment” so I’m guessing you might be able to use cash but I’m not 100% as I only use contactless☺️ hope this helps! X
