If We Were To Go With All Things You've Mentioned, Then Takumi Is The Closest To Cover Everything. Another Good Option Would Be Silver Wolf, As His High Defense Makes Him A Solid Defender.

I Might, In The Future. For Now, Though, If You Have A New Account, All I Can Really Say Is To Bind Your Email To Get The 1000 Gem Reward, And Keep Playing Games. You Should Be Able To Reach SS Pretty Quickly With 1-2 Characters, Though Your Progress Does Slow Down After That. Still, Just Focus On Upgrading Those Characters, And You'll Get SS As Soon As Possible. A Useful Note, As Well, Is That At The Moment, I Don't Know If It's A Bug, But Your Mission/Daily Task Can Actually Be Done Through Street Legend/Story Mode lol This Means You Can Do The "Complete 10 Matches" And "Score 20 Points" Missions Through Street Legend, Which Makes Them Significantly Easier, And Makes Mission Finishing Quicker!
