I just want to say, I follow a lot of reseller channels here on KZread and you are by far my favorite. Every time a new video drops on your channel, I stop what I am watching and switch over to CLL! Keep doing what you're doing!

@@good_thrifts No thanks. The others are not going to teach us about art glass and how to identify the high end pieces. She is calm and knowledgeable. Just looking at thumbnails of others, makes my cringe. Their mouths agape, tons of things surrounding them. Nope.

I have the yellow pyrex bowl from my grandma that never went thru the dishwasher...my most treasured item

Does all Murano Italian glass have a signature on them. Mine doesn't have a signature or a sticker so is it fake.

I have an apple spoon rest identical to the one you picked up and set back down. Mine says, "Pat's Kitchen." My name is Susan or Sue. However, to me, it is priceless because it belonged to my mom, Pat, who I lost 20 years ago at age 73 to lung cancer. It is even more priceless since I am now 68 years old and a survivor of the same cancer going on 4 years come June.

One of my last trips I had cart envy over a plant stand & complimented the person on their find. The person then gave it to me because she wasn’t sure about it! A completely unintentional but happy result 😊

You said hobbyist piece and I was screaming NO…Treasure Craft!!!! LOL Oh, I need decaf coffee. 😊

One time at Goodwill I found one of those massive brass ram head faux taxidermy things- a REALLY nice one- and I had always wanted one. Stepped away from my cart for a second and some lady decided she would steal my cart cause she wanted it! Yes, I hunted her down lol. THAT'S MY CART!?! And to add insult to injury she had put my other finds back on the shelf 🤦‍♀️

My house is overflowing with glitter in the spring from my daughters' dance recital costumes... I keep vacuuming it up and it reappears. Same with the upholstery in my car, glitter just never goes away, lol!

The little black covered pot that looked too light for cookware is a stovetop potpourri simmerer. I had a blue one exactly like it, from Crabtree & Evelyn, late 1980’s. 🙂

I bought the Mrs. Potts tea set with Chip 34 years ago for my daughter for Christmas! She was such a Beauty and the Beast fan when she was little. Pleased to say she still has it, and it’s in good condition. I must say it looks better than the ones I’ve seen at Disney World!

If you make it to Massachusetts on one of your monthly “getaway” shopping trips, this area has three very incredible places to check out! The Blessing Barn in Mendon, Bernat Mills in Uxbridge, and a little multi-room church thrift store in Blackstone. I saw a REAL Murano glass dish there last week for a mere $8 and thought of you! Their prices are VERY low, run by two sisters. Many treasures to be had!! Worth the trip and not that long of a drive from PA.

Jocelyn, I love everything you find I wish our goodwill’s here in Ohio were like yours but Mrs. Potts you can always put that in your booth instead of shipping!

The little black (or maybe blue) pot with the brass handles is a “simmer pot”. Probably vintage. I had one and it is used to simmer potpourri on the stove top. Not for cooking. Cannot remember the brand name. 1980’s

These are the type of Goodwill shopping videos I live for. Tired of all the bashing of the thrift stores. They have always been hit or Miss. that’s why there is a thrill because when you hit them the payoff is gold. We are in it for the the thrill of the hunt. Sometimes we’re lucky. Sometimes not. Well, I’m visiting my daughter in San Diego was in need of a sweater. Found a GW, walking down the aisle, there it was! A beautiful Glassybaby in shades of the ocean in perfect condtion!
