Right, it was the fun that I needed. I really enjoyed it.

I saw the movie last night and enjoyed it. I didn't take it too seriously. I enjoyed the action and Martin still makes me laugh.

I just came back from the theater, I liked it... I thought Martin made the movie with his ridiculousness. Maybe it's the nostalgia 😄

Surprised you guys didn't enjoy it! But I've enjoyed the franchise since I was a kid. I think it might be my 2nd favorite, with the 2nd one being on top

Nick's pull quote, "Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do, what you gonna do when they tired of you", had me cracking up. I said this review gonna be juicy. You guys never disappoint!!!

This movie was great to me. The first 35-40 minutes were mmhh. But it finished strong and was fun. I’m not a big thinker. I want to see a movie to be entertained. I loved it. And I love y’all too

I saw it last night at a pre-screening. It was ok. Hollywood is clearly cashing out on nostalgia. The beginning of the movie was flat, but it got better once the action started. It’s giving bad Grandpas for life 😅👴🏾 And the guy who plays Mike Lowreys son is so fine 🥹

I'm going to see it friday and I know I'm going to love it. I just love seeing martin lawrence back on the screen. I grew up on his comedy/tv series/movies. I'm not looking for Oscar type shit. I'm just looking for popcorn fun after I've already had a few drinks at the bar.

Not the bad boy 2 soundtrack! Lol I thoroughly enjoyed the action and how it was filmed. I like the banter and panic attack. ARMANDO is the plot! I love him, and he is gorgeous. But yes both the daughter and grand daughter are bad actors. And that crazy scene after the heart attack was fucking insane and they flexed shot. But it did pay dividend with the donkey, and I didn't want to tell you stuff! Sooo good

Shirley MacLaine with any costar she has ever had! LMAO! Oh Nick that was too much. Even though I believe reincarnation is possible Ms. MacLaine and other New Agers mix it in with some other strange beliefs.

I don’t think this movie deserves any critic choice awards, but it was ok. Not my cup of tea but I went with family and it was a good experience. Most of us enjoyed it. I would’ve loved to see this in 4DX seats, but that was shot down. There were several callbacks to the old films someone explained to me that made the humor make more sense. I don’t need to see it again, but I don’t regret it.

Ok I'm back from the movies. -First time the two main characters get so much on my nerves. I was rooting for Armando's fine ahh 😂 - Marcus' whole near death experience and goofy ish he was saying till the end ANNOYED me - The long shot with the gun POV made me dizzy (ok I've been dizzy all day but still 😂) - I liked the two bad guys, Dane and Mr Fantastic - Tiffany Haddish...mhmhmm wasn't she cancelled? - Go Reggie - I liked Rita's bob 😂

I really want to see it...

Martin's comedy didn't work for me in this movie most of the time, which hurts to write because I'm a huge fan. He was a lot funnier in the past "Bad Boys" films. However, Martin's serious moments in this movie were way better than his comic moments, especially the "cop's intuition" moment on the helicopter, which seemed like a departure from what was shown in the trailer. I also liked how the movie finally tells us what happened to Sanchez and Ruiz. When you think about the last movie's plot, this movie's plot was absolutely ridiculous. It just doesn't follow. However, this movie was well-acted. The actresses who played Captain Howard's daughter and granddaughter were great, especially the former. Will did a great job in this role but didn't have any funny lines to say. In fact, most of the "jokes" given by any actor in the film didn't work. The "district attorney" actor did a nice job, as did most of the supporting cast, especially Paola Núñez, who was beautiful and had way more chemistry with Will Smith than the very beautiful Melanie Liburd. Tasha Smith was a suitable replacement for Theresa Randle as Theresa Burnett, and it was nice to finally see a real kiss moment between Theresa and Marcus. I also liked how Tasha didn't change the personality of Theresa Burnett and played her the way Theresa Randle had and would have done so had she acted in this film. The big "Reggie" seen was a little far-fetched, but it was a nice moment for him. Tiffany Haddish wasn't really funny, but I liked how she shifted from freaky to threatening in an instant, which showed that she has some pretty strong acting talent. Vanessa Hudgens and the big white dude were pretty cool, but I felt like they were taking too many moments and screen time away from Martin and Will, who are supposed to be stars of the movie. Joe Pantoliano was great and properly utilized in this movie. And, finally, Eric Dane was really good as the villain, and I liked his character's backstory, which put his McGrath a step above Tchéky Karo's Fouchet from the first film. The action in this movie bothered me. When you do these action scenes, you got to slow it down so that these characters actually have their moments. Michael Bay was way better at shooting action scenes than this film's two directors. I wouldn't recommend this film because it was a bit disappointing and the weakest of the four films. But if you watch this movie at the movie theater, make sure you watch it with a big crowd, because it might make the movie experience better than the film itself. 6/10.

Joseph, you can't just casually say you've pulled someone's nail out, and had a nail pulled out!!! I need a storytime!

I haven't seen a bad boys film before and the humor didnt land for me for the first 20-ish minutes, but I was surprised how fast I got into it once the movie really go going. It was funny, well acted, good action, hot guys (Armando and Reggie need their own film!! I'm there day one!). Theres also a good amount of heart I thought in the film too with the family drama and trying to do the right thing, and forgiving and all that stuff. All things we've seen before but just done very well for a very easy to pick up and fun buddy-cop film. Happy to see Smith's career continue and looking forward to the next one. This movie made me a fan! I love a solid crowd-pleaser and I saw this 2 months into its theatrical run and there was still a decent audience and they're laughing and clapping along. Fun time.

Great review guys! I didn’t really like the third movie. The first 2 are classics for me, especially the first. I really likemthe 2nd movie, but i’m gonna have to disagree about the soundtrack lol. There was some tracks i really liked, but it’s the fact multiple songs get repeated constantly through the movie that drives me crazy lol. Always a pleasure to watch guys, thanks!

I will never take Will Smith seriously even when he’s trying to be funny. Cash grabs are so tired. Just no new ideas. Ugh. Lol. Omg does anyone remember the episode of Martin where he fought Tommy Hearns and his face was huge, bruised up and flat??? Ugh. This franchise is for people who expect nothing but shooting, running, explosions and fast cars. I can't think of any Will Smith film that didn't put me to sleep. The first 2 Bad Boys movies were not terrible but I was a late teen/early adult. I appreciate you reviewing it honestly knowing it was going to upset the normans. You couldn't pay me to watch this shit 😂 Same audience that's keeping Fast and the Furious in theaters love this.

The movie was really good overall. I loved the comedy the action scenes and the characters. Martin did a wonderful job in this one! It had some corny parts that’s been over done but aside from that it was absolutely great entertainment.

You guys ever watched the movie “Drop Dead Fred?” when Fred flattens his face after he gets his head stuck inside the refrigerator? That's what that picture of Martin Lawrence that's behind Joseph and Nick reminds me of😂 I’m sure nobody knows what I'm talking about but I'm LOL about it 😂

It was horrible. The production style felt like a Bollywood soap opera. The corny 90s black stereotypes (Tiffany Haddish). Felt like a wacky brainless spectacle for the instagram generation. Admire both Smith and Lawrence, who is a true comic genius, but this was just garbage.
