@rabbitholereaction This was certainly a different side of Dimash, so thank you so much for recommending it! :) I'm in a bit of a shock, as I expected something completely different. Regardless, it's a positive shock.

You know, Dimash actually has many faces and sides (50 +😂) So many, that his fans sometimes are taken aback. Yes, he is very nice, well mannered, but he can also be stubborn, adamant and still willed, believe me. If someone tries to force him to do something against his will or violates his privacy. Yesterday he turned 30 years old. His native language is Kazakh and Russian is his second language. I like your reactions, good luck!

Oh, I thought both Kazakh and Russian are his native languages. I mean Kazakh makes sense given that he is from Kazakhstan, but his Russian sounds like his mother tongue as well. I don't know enough about him, but even at 30-ish he kind of looks 15. Somehow I preferred the other two I listened/reacted to. So far. I know there's a lot more, so I'll keep watching. Thank you for the compliment. I hope you like the future ones as well.

@@AleksReacts Yes, you just don't know Dimash enough yet. He's a chameleon! Both in his music and in his appearance, and even his age can sometimes deceive you. He allows himself to be the bad guy on stage sometimes, he also has that element. He can be funny, cheeky and flirty, as well as serious, passionate and dramatic. I suggest you react to SOS ( French song catapulted him to fame) kzread.info/dash/bejne/fHmuk9OAg5O6YbQ.html Daybreak (real tragic story) kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZJ-OtqyjfNKqZpc.html And for the contrast MV Be With Me (written by him) kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z2SH0dClesmvhbA.html Give Me Your Love ( he’s dancing) kzread.info/dash/bejne/hXtrsNBwdNGZhbg.html He didn’t speak russian until 5.

Thank you so much for sharing more insight. It seems my reactions to Dimash are still in their early stages, but I am learning. Thanks for helping me with that! ❤

Dimash's first language is Kazakh, he didn't learn Russian until he started school as his family only spoke Kazakh at home. The Dimash here is far closer to the Dimash we see at his concerts where he becomes a stage beast. His single performances always seem to be a slightly muted version of himself where he can't "let loose" as much as he can in his solo concerts although his stage presence is always extremely high wherever he is.

Then clearly he has a talent for both music and languages. I honestly thought he was bilingual from birth and that he spoke both Kazakh and Russian always. He surprised me here, really. I'll keep watching more of his videos / performances and get to know his stage persona in time. Thank you for sharing that.

@@AleksReacts I would definitely recommend listening to his other new song and music video When I've Got You. In that one you will see yet another side to Dimash. He's also an incredible actor. Perhaps also Okey, it's not one of his most popular songs but the music video is beautiful.

I believe it is already on the list (it takes a little sorting), but I've added it anyway. 😊

Thank you for your reactions! So glad you’re willing to check out this amazing vocalist. My favorite song is called Ikanaide (Don’t Go) where he sings a song in Japanese at the 2021 Tokyo Jazz Festival (he recorded the same song earlier in Chinese and called it Autumn Strong). Perhaps you may prefer Love is Like a Dream (composed by Igor Krutoy) which he sings in Russian. At any rate, I’ve enjoyed all of his songs which often times touches my soul. Most of all, I love the humble, humanitarian person that he is. Again, thanks! Hope you find Dimash to be an incredible artist as well. 😁❤️

Thank you so much for your comment! I hope you did not get me wrong, I don't mind him singing in any language, just feel that he would even sound nicer if he sang it in a language he feels comfortable with. I will be sure to check out Ikanaide.

FWIW your pronunciation of DQ is the best I've ever heard from a reactor.

Thank you so much! My own language is hard to pronounce for many, so I try my best to respect everyone's original pronunciation. I do not expect to always succeed, though.
