Pools usually add very little to a home's value. This pool is no different.

its been their since 1950's the house is beautiful and has plenty of value

The current owner bought the home in 2011 for $230k. Today it is valued at $942k. Not bad for a 410% increase in value after 12 years.

@@johnlyn1 That value is decreasing as we speak and the increase in value is non related to the actual pool.
