I agree, seeing mark interact with these squirrels is what got me to watch his channel. But he did say it would be his "final fight" with the squirrels. It would be funny, though, if he just plot twisted and made a 4.0.

I love how Jimmy Kimmel and Mr Beast are never revealed as the announcer voices. I was expecting a cheesy reveal at the end but the nonchalant approach is so much better

I imagine he records his backyard all season and condenses their highlights into a 23 minute video. What we don't see is the hundreds of hours of video that nothing happens. Basically a crap ton of hard work editing.

That, and we have no idea what order the events were recorded in, or how many times they were redone. He can reorganize them so the result is an even split with a tiebreaker, even if in reality one team scored 4 in a row. Rearrange them so the 4th is the last event and bam, instant tension.

This whole thing is bizarre in an adorable experiment type of way. I love it haha

"Marty we need to compete in the olympics. Marty, we have to." "Oohhhhh I dont know Rick, wh-wh-why, why do we have to?" "Because we'll be famous, Marty. Don't you want to be famous?"

In my heart, I still wish for a fourth season of the Backyard Squirrelympics.

Dude I can't believe how close you are with these squirrels must be your pets by now.

I loled at the end. Very creative ending.

When I was a senior in high school (10+ years ago), I rescued a baby squirrel and named him Doug. I told my Biology teacher about him, and she insisted I bring him to school with me. So I did - in a cat carrier. That's the day I stamped my legacy as the 'squirrel girl'.
