wow never thought of it being a setting. my one plus 7 pro in settings the fix it to disable "Mirrored selfie photo" duh!! Thanks for the insight. And for others out there all these android devices have different settings!

Worked for me. Thank you, and it is easy to follow your instructions. My Samsung S20 setting was labeled "Save Selfies As Previewd," which I turned off.

Peace. I fixed this problem before but for some reason now, turning off save pic as previewed is not working for either Samsung.

I checked my settings, and mine is still working fine. I notice the camera selfie will show reversed wording but when I take the pic the words are mirrored correctly. Try updating the software..

I've got a new lg phone with different settings. It doesn't have picture preview. 😐 40min later still can't find a way to change this

So wording on signs, shirts, etc. Display readable using selfie mode, instead of like in a mirror, for Android go into camera settings and turn OFF the "Save selfies as previewed" option.
