Hi Mr T. I have a tv backlight 2x 80v but should be about 120vx2 for 6v led strips. Strips ok. Is ic usual problem for BL circuit that works but is low?

Backlight drivers are usually voltage adaptive. Is this one adaptive when the LEDs are connected to it or it has a constant voltage with or without load. What is the voltage with load? What is the voltage without load? What is the maximum size of TV will it work on? What is the minimum size of TV will it work on? Once again thanks for the circuit diagram.

Hello there, a tv arrived to my shop with the same problem which works with a 12v adapter, pwm controller doesn't have dimming and gate driver output. I think because of that, output of the mosfet stays at 12v and gate doesn't recieve any signal(tested the mosfet to be sure). After the mosfet there are two smd schottky diodes and thats all. Can I use the same solution for this TV?

16 volts is the lowest voltage requirement. it will not work at 12 volts.

No voltage adjustment only current can be adjust. Add resistor to pin 3 connects to ground. 1 ohm

@@reacey no, the original driver ic is no longer active, I disable it. The strw6053 is the driver now.

No. Dal punto di vista professionale no. Troppo sporco come lavoro. Meglio usare una basetta millefori così il lavoro viene pulito. Lasciarla così questa modifica fa pensare a uno che ne ha provate di tutte. Meglio essere professionali sul lavoro. Anche se la TV funziona meglio mettere al posto quei componenti
