Above 5 lakhs they will deduct tds in form 16.... In some cases when declaration happened they mention some deductions & submit some proofs

Hi Vijay Kumar, sometimes depending on the urgency of recruiting a new candidate also plays a important role in selection of the candidates. In recruitment process also they will have deadlines, few companies they ignore RED background verification statuses. So I would say your contacts are lucky enough to pass the background verification process.
