Whenever I go through this, I keep looking for videos or posts or something that talks about the feeling of separating from family again and living abroad. And I find some but they don't hit the spot. Your videos have been fully grasping exactly what I feel during these times and I'm grateful because it helps to know that other people go through it too. Awesome seeing you cooking because even I am a full time working woman and also had maids at home but planning to come to Canada next month on PR. Sometimes I think how I am going to manage everything especially the cooking part because I feel it’s very time consuming and need lots of patience. My husband makes very good Roti and also knows to cook but i can’t rely on him all the time. After seeing you even i got some motivation. Slowly even we will learn to do everything by our own. ❤ we can do anything if we have good life partner and it’s okay if you buy tiffin sometimes. All the best 👍🏻

Hey, I too don’t like making dough … but what I do is add the flour and salt add required amount of water and mix it with fork .. come back in 10 mins and then kneed it It takes 2 mins and the dough will be softer and

for roti dough you can use the mixer used for making cake, whipping cream I don't know what's it called but yeah u can try getting that mixer.

A easiest way to make the dough. Add water, once the dough is done, no dry part left, just keep it aside for 10-15 mint. Meanwhile u can make curries. In 10-15 minutes, dough will be all soft and ready to make roti.

Hi Pooja No need to knead the dough till it gets done just add the water in the flour mix it and keep it aside for 10 minutes then only knead it for half minute and it's ready.

I knead all kind of dough in my kitchenaid. I keep dough in fridge for 3 days. Rotimatic is good but after few month it gives error and people get technical issues.

Also buy instant pot insert containers to make multiple dishes in one go.

If you struggle with making dough, just get a food processor, it's much easier. You don't have to knead. Just throw in the flour and water, and it's done. Then, you just need to roll out the roti.

Hey Peekapoo.... one advise for you. I used to struggle the same way you are struggling to kneading dough but now no more struggle. Just mixed the water in the flour and leave the dough for 5-10 minutes. it will be soft and ready to cook.

Hi Pooja, you can buy the kitchenaid dough mixer for aata. It is a game changer.

There's a dough blade in the vitamix. Very easy to make dough, I.make it in ninja blender. If not buy kitchen aid stand mixer when there's a sale. Easiest way to make.dough and you might end up becoming a baker too.
