    That's why the Darth Vader scene shouldn't have been edited so much. Seeing the movie for the first time, I couldn't make sense out of that part because it was too short and not entirely understandable.

    I always thought it was because it was 3-4 in the morning when McFly scared George and he (George) just slept through his alarm. As far as the peanut brittle, I always thought it was just a random snack George liked. Never knew there was a deleted scene where he got bullied into buying a case.

    The first deleted scene where George doesn't know how to say "No" brings more gravity to the _"Hey You! Get your damn hands off her!"_ scene. George couldn't say "No" to a Girl Scout selling peanut brittle, but when Biff is in the car with Lorraine -Biff menacingly tells George twice to walk away, George musters every bit of his courage to say "No" to the toughest boy in school.

    @@askjeevescosby2928 Absolutely right. Very wise decisions of cutting out scenes. But it was worth to film those scenes/ideas, just to look wether they would fit in or not. Actually i think maybe i would let that small bit on the end in the movie ''hey what do you call that ?'' ..''its rock'n'roll'' .. Maybe.. i dont know. Maybe it let that one musician appear to aggressive towards Marty. Also Marty already made his point ''but your kids gonna love it''.. maybe there was no point to make another joke on the same thing. But still.. that last scene maybe could be in the movie. I dont know. In the end i trust the movie makers.. It was at least not a ''fail'' to not keep in those scenes. Thats for for sure. They did a very good job with those editings. No wonder, why this trilogy still is one of the best in filmhistory. For me its even better than ''Lord of the rings'' , because it transports a whole message/plot in much shorter time, and still completely and intense.

Those transformers didn't exist until the predecessor of cable, Community Antenna TV, or CATV, made it's appearance in the mid 60s. The idea behind CATV was to place the antennas on a hill and send the signal to the town in the valley behind the hill. The 1966 Lafayette Radio catalog lists exactly one 75/300 ohm matching transformer.

    That cut footage of Johnny B. Goode is actually on KZread in form of music video, the whole Darth Vader from the Planet Vulcan scene should have stayed, since I always felt it like an immediate cut after Marty does the Spcok salute, or maybe it was already implied when George tells Marty the whole thing the next morning. These scenes would made the movie 2 hours longer.

    I love these movies. 6:33 to 7:25 Obviously this didn’t happen, but IF Marty failed to get his folks to fall in love, then he wouldn’t be born. That we know. But since he’d be the cause of this, then how would it be possible for him to come to the past in the first place? If he faded from existence, then the De Lorean would have too. The timeline would then go back and forth between two versions of 1985. One where Marty existed and went back in time to Unintentionally keep his parents from getting together so he’d fade away. And a second one where his parents were never together. But then it’d circle back again and repeat. So let’s face it: true time paradoxes are perfectly explored in the Terminator franchise because they show many humans and machines that travel through time and change the past, but then the next time around (because the version of the future they came from now doesn’t exist), they create a new and alternate timeline. It’s a real mind twister.

  • @CZghost

    @CZghost

    The real reason why there are so many alternative realities in the Terminator franchise is it is essentially a cash cow. That's the sad reality of this franchise, it's milked for cash until it literally gets so boring that people won't be interested in it anymore. Terminator really just ended with the 3rd movie, after that it's just an after party, which I don't find to be an official part of the franchise. I mean, it's relatively good to watch, but the original trilogy was really the best out there. Maybe Salvation was still part of the franchise and the original timeline, but Genesis is the first movie that essentially created the alternate universe, and it went downhill from there.

    Thanks for posting all of these deleted scenes. I agree they did a fantastic job editing the original movie. But still, not one of these scenes explains what I am wondering. How could a 1980's camcorder be hooked up to a brand new 1955 tv set and have playback? I doubt that's even possible.

  • @CZghost

    @CZghost

    4 ай бұрын

    NTSC standard was invented in 1950's, pretty early on, first color TV broadcast was actually not that long ago from 1955, and color TVs were actually invented and sold long before the first color broadcast even aired. So yeah. Not to mention that even if it was a B&W TV, it would still work, the picture just wouldn't be in color. And if your argument is that the TV probably didn't have an S-Video input, the camcoder has a TV output, which you can simply hook to the antenna input in the TV, it's just a matter of tuning the TV correctly, which could be done by messing with the capacitors inside, as I imagine the AV output of the camcoder that goes to the TV was beyond the frequency range of a 1950's TV set (as tuned from the factory). But realistically speaking, it's just a TV signal coming out of the camcoder, the TV does support that.
