What I always love to point out to people, is the sheer talent we get to experience with Thomas Wilson (the actor who plays Biff). It is hard for us to imagine him as anything BUT Biff, however, the real life man was apparently extremely nice and pleasant to be around. What a display of acting, to get people to almost unanimously despise a character, one whom is a polar opposite to the person playing the character but they pull it off so well that we as the audience believe him to just be a person who is like that.

He had a cameo in Psych where he played someone trying to win a pickup truck to donate to the orphans of the orphanage he was from. From what I've heard of the guy, that was pretty damn accurate to how he actually is.

The IRONY of the situation is that, when he first shot a bunch of his scenes with Eric Stoltz, Stoltz was kind of a dick to him, pushing him back harder in the confrontation scenes in 1955 than was often required. So, effectively, Tom Wilson himself was bullied! 😳 Just to note, Tom Wilson live did / does part of a stand up act (😊), where he plays acoustic guitar and sings his answers to a lot of FAQ's that people have asked him over the years. It's quite amusing!! 😁👍

They recast Jennifer because the original actress stepped away from acting to take care of her mother who was battling cancer. They actually didn't plan on making a sequel. The DeLorean taking off and flying at the end of the first movie was only meant to be a fun gag. The scriptwriter Bob Gale said that if he knew he'd have to write a Part 2, he would not have let Jennifer get in the car and go with Marty and Doc into the future, as he was forced to write around her presence when he wrote Part 2. That's why she spends most of movie's first act asleep, and then Marty and Doc swiftly drop her off when they're in the alternate 1985.

On the date that Doc, Marty and Jennifer travel forward in time, October 21st, 2015, Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox actually showed up on The Jimmy Kimmel Show, dressed as their characters. They showed up in the DeLorean. Jimmy Kimmel tried to set them straight on some of the things that still didn't exist in the real 2015.

50's themed diners were big in the 80's , so one of the jokes is in 2015 it becomes an 80's themed diner. The glitchy characters ( Ronnie Reagan etc. ) on the interactive screen were referencing fictional 80's tv character "Max Headroom, the first computer-generated TV presenter." In reality an actor in a mask, as computer graphics weren't capable at that time. The creators said Biff was inspired by Trump ( this was years before he got involved in politics ). Most clearly seen in Part II. BTTF part II & III were made at the same time for continuity so everything flows well ( and also how they had scenes from p. III as a trailer at the end ).

As someone who watches many reaction videos from many people, I tend to favor those who react similarly to me when I first watched these movies, many decades ago. But not Centane, the first reaction video I saw of her was "Usual Suspects", where she figured it out before the big reveal. Not me I never saw that one coming and the ending blew my mind. @stanleypines1026 Sure it does. It just means that there's an earlier version of Doc (the one parallel with Marty) just offscreen when the future version saves Marty. We just never see him, and the timeline changed around him, so he'd still know he had to do it, both in the previous timeline and the new timeline, just for different reasons (seeing Marty die in the original timeline vs seeing a future version of himself save Marty at the last second in the new timeline, meaning he knows he has to do it). There's already two versions of Doc altering time at that exact second. There's no reason to insist a third wouldn't be consistent with the rules of the franchise. I don't think it was the intended meaning at all, but there's nothing about it that doesn't work.

7:12 Young Elija Wood 14:18 There are three Micheal J. Foxes at this table. The camera was motion-controlled (robotic) so the same camera moves could be perfectly lined up for each pass of filming Micheal playing three different characters in the same frame. An earthquake happened between takes but because everything was glued to the table nothing was ruined. 16:08 This scene originally had a darker meaning, old Biff collapsing here was intended to disappear; suggesting that at some point in the past of this new timeline Lorraine deleted him with a weapon. They changed it so he did not disappear to suggest that old Biff simply wasn't equipped to handle the rigors of time travel and he would be fine eventually. 16:43 (not shown in your edit) when the time machine lands then coasts into place, this was a combination mineature flying model shot that turns into a real car with the lamp post as the separation between the two shots. Remarkable how seamless it looks. 23:43 Middle-aged Biff was designed to resemble Donald Trump. 25:16 George McFly was written out of this timeline because the actor asked for so much money. Any time you saw George it was a clip from the original movie or a stand-in wearing a prosthetic mask. A lawsuit over this resulted in new SAG rules about actor's likenesses. 30:03 Once again the lamp post splits two shots so Doc could hand himself a wrench. 33:30 Young Billy Zane from Titanic. 34:28 Micheal J. Fox had to learn how to play the guitar again; he forgot most everything he learned from making part 1. The actor playing the Western Union courrier, Joe Flaherty, died a couple of weeks ago. He was a member of the Canadian comedy show SCTV along with John Candy and Rick Moranis. Joe had small roles in 1941 and InnerSpace. If you were paying close attention you already know what time period part 3 is; even without the ending teaser "spoiling" it.

What a great reaction from the best in the business! Watching your beauty, charm, and excitement is always a pleasure. And you're so sweet. The most impressive prediction that BTTF 2 got right was that the Cubs would win the World Series. They hadn't won a Championship since 1908, and BTTF 2 only missed it by 1 year, as they won it all in 2016 and haven't won since. They also played a classic NLCS against "MIAMI" (although they were the "Florida Marlins" at the time) as the Marlins won 2 World Series since inception in 1993. They weren't even a franchise when this movie was made.

I haven’t heard this mentioned but the reason why Jennifer was put to sleep and not in the film much was because there was never to be suppose to be sequels to the first film. But they got stuck with how the ending was written in the first film and needed an excuse to sideline her. That’s why the original ending of Black to the Future didn’t have a “To Be Continue…” tagline at the end until the re-release of the video.

"The Sting" 1973 - was the first movie that I can recall.. of it's kind. My parents (who never went to movie's) took their teens to the location it was playing to see if the hype was true and boy oh boy... was it ever! All night long, it played over, and over and over. Each time... the lineup went down the street, around the corner and up the alley to the next street - where it wound around the corner, one street over. And did it again and again. Street after street. You got in line and just waited - or you'd never see the movie. Those were the days, and the movie is GOOD!!! One to watch.

I can never understand why some people are so hysterical about new watchers being "spoiled" by the little trailer for the third movie that is appended at the end here. It should be glaringly obvious what time period Marty must visit next, and the trailer just confirms that.

Where did old Biff get the 2nd sports almanac cover? He left 1 in the DeLorean when he returned to 2015 to be found by the Doc & Marty. Marty found a 2nd cover w/ that girly magazine in 1955. If there's only 1 cover, how did old Biff return to 2015 w/ it and leave 1 w/ young Biff in 1955???

Oh those movies are great! I can remember watching them in cinema when they came out. And warching them all in a row in cinema agaon on October 21st 2015. Did you notic Billy Zane being in Biff's gang? And Elijah Wood being one of the boys at the videogame in the 'Cafe 80s'? And the story behind part 2 and 3 is interesting. The flying at the end of the first movie was just a gag to end the movie. But then everybody askked what it was about Marty's kids. So they decided to make a part 2. But they had so many ideas amd the story got such complicated that they dorectly made two movies ou pf it. That's the reason for the spoiler at the end - part 3 was amready comple whe the 2nd came out

The Cubs won it on 2016, but before that, they haven't won it since 1908 - that's over 100 years ago! Nobody ever expects the Cubs to win 😝

Notice that, in part because it's Elizabeth Shue playing Jennifer ("Adventures in Babysitting," "Leaving Las Vegas," etc.), that we begin the movie *already* in an ever-so-slightly alternate timeline! Looking past that, though, the MAIN reason I say that is that when Marty asks Doc if in the future they "become @ssh&les, or something?!?," in Part One, Doc quickly answers no, that it's not them, it's their kids. In Part Two, he *hesitates* and takes a moment to think about it! Then, of course, he answers no... Just a little aberration, though, that I thought was worth pointing out!! 🙂

Doc and Marty are incredibly lucky that Biff knew how to work the time machine properly. He could have broke the car leaving them stranded in 2015 or he could’ve accidentally time jumped somewhere farther in the past altering world wide parts of history.

Back to the Future Part II is my favorite of the trilogy. I saw it on TV when I was little and it was the first one I watched. When I first saw the part when 1955 Doc Brown fainted at the end (after Marty returned from the future), I thought he'd had a heart attack and died because of the shock of seeing Marty again.

Crispin Glover who plays George McFly in the first movie wanted more money to be in the sequal so they cast another guy named Jeffrey Weissman and make a mask so he would look like the original in the 2nd movie. The George McFly when they went back to 1955 again was used footage that they had left from the first movie that they filmed from other angles. The boys in Cafe 80s that fixed the Wild Gunman video game, the one that was closest to Marty thats said: You have to use ur hands. That kid was Elija Wood, if u seen Lord Of The Rings, he is the one that plays Frodo Bagger. Back To The Future is to me the best trilogy that has been made. When the 2nd part came out many people didnt like it and thought too much was happening in it with too much time travel forward and backward.
