The store Karma got was the perfect size store for her, and she totally knew what she wanted!! It was cute when Sienna pulled out her list. I agree that the size of the store for the amount of time was a bit overwhelming, but it was fun!! Love the ramen bowl Mia got! That was a fun twist on back to school shopping!! 🛍️

My favourite part is that karma was being so cute in smuggle btw I love her dress

I love how they each chose their items differently; Karma being so quick at finding just what she wanted, Sienna more careful trying to only get what she actually wanted off the list and Mia starting off okay, finding some supplies but being indecisive and then getting distracted by stuff for her room 😂 All in all I think they all picked really well given the time limits and lack of baskets 😊

maybe you could do a back to school Q&A about who will be doing homeschool, who will go in real life school, if mia will go to university etc

I love that you know your kids so well and they know each other so well. That it was no problem for Sienna to get some extra time. As someone who’s definitely a list person myself, and is particular and careful about the stuff they pick, I was so happy to see Sienna got the time to do that 😊 And everyone had so much fun!

Whats good about my day is remembering Sienna keep saking tiny folds of paper super cute. While Karma wants charge of the scissors ✂️💚

I homeschool my 6 year old, he went to nursery then planned to take him out before going up to the reception year to homeschool for various reasons. I now have my 2 year old starting nursery in September and do plan to do the same for him too as we love homeschooling and having them with us all the time. I would love to know more about Sienna and Mia’s homeschooling and tips maybe. Love your videos!!

Fab video! Coming from an early years teacher, Karma (with supervision of course!) should defo give her new scissors a go! EYFS curriculum supports children using scissors from age 3, it’s fantastic for developing children’s fine motor skills (finger muscle development) and in turn supports many skills such as early writing skills! She’d love it!

A fluke or because she IS homeschooled? When she was 5, I sent Sienna to a mainstream school. She hated it. She got depressed and anxious. Then I though maybe a private school would be better. She hated that too. She couldn’t understand the way the children were spoken to and disciplined for things like talking etc. It blew her little mind. So I realised mainstream and formal education wasn’t suited for her. So ever since, she’s done either homeschooling or alternative schools where the ethos is ‘child led learning’ and she loved it. I’m so glad I decided to listen to her and not force her into that. I truly believe she is who is she as a result of the experiences and environments we have given/allowed her to be in. The traveling especially too! There is a great talk on TedTalk about how schools can kill creativity if anyone wants to learn more. Quite often, homeschooled children can be very creative, intuitive, free thinking and intelligent as a result of not being in a formal school environment which for most children can be very stifling. If Sienna wanted to go to a regular school, I’d definitely let her follow her passions. But for now, she’s very keen on home learning as she feels most comfortable in this safe and nurturing environment. 😊

Such a sweet video and lovely to have Karma joining in too. Not so easy when you’re on a time limit to find what you want but giving Sienna extra time was lovely. Also how kind was Mia to get Sienna something with her haul. All your children are just so kind & caring towards each other. It’s a joy to watch them 🥰🥰🥰🥰 xxx 💚💚💚💚

Great back to school haul , I think Mia and Sienna should have got a basket as that would have helped them big time. I was holding my breath when I saw Mia with the bowl I thought she was going to drop it for a second . Karma so cute I’m glad she got smiggle as it’s more her age really and fun things . I am in the USA. I am in a day program for adults with Autism. I do it virtually on Zoom. I get a multiple subject notebook. I take multiple classes during the week. I do a lot of my shopping on Amazon. Mostly it’s pens and notebooks. I am saving up to get some things to organize my desk. I love being virtual. It’s so much easier.
