"Here I had a beautiful sacrifice, you would never find it so there's no point in asking you to pause the video." Dina please I'm scared.

I paused anyways, but there was REALLY no point in asking us to pause because the position showed on the board was wrong -- she corrects it a couple seconds later

Thanks for the video Dina, I love that you showed the small tactics in the middle game, would actually love for you to announce it and give us a chance to stop and think for ourselves (without saying that we will never find it :D)
Great recap. Like the format. The difference between yours vs. Andrea's. Your are recapping your win. She is recapping her loss. You are amazing. Best for the rest!
Bella partita gg girl
Nice format, I like how the physical board allows more versatile exploration of lines

I'm really digging the way you this. Congrats on the win too.🔥💪💯

You are my chess spirit animal and I love you for it ❤
Great fight!
Natural dina style best dina style
Awesome...
Pense que Victoria secret habia vuelto en una versión de ajedrez. Gracias por tu explicación mujer preciosa, me fascinó!
Really like this style, its like a more natural version of you, like when you are teaching someone or chat with Hammer
This is a cool way to do analysis
Thanks for the recap Dina. You are a star❤.
Yes variety of formats and accents only adds to the experience! Dina rulez, best of the best!
The format is really cozy and organic. I think the friendship moments between the commentary are really charming. It reminds me of my friends. I had a bit of a difficult time focusing on the board. I know not having a board with the moves adds to the cozy vibes but it does change how I absorb the content. I probably would have my own board set up and try to follow along that way if I wanted to fully absorb the lessons. I had a fun time though! Thanks for bringing good vibes ✌️
люблю тебя слушать, ты тоже красивая
I like the unedited real board style
Love the format.
Thanks!
Love the video style
Great vid. Love seeing it on a real board and the natural atmosphere with Andrea in the background was fun. Ben did a great job commentating live.
Russian school of eyebrows. Love it!
Subscribed because of this video. I've seen a dozen or two of your videos, but this is by far my favorite. Thank you!
brings back happy memories in the gulag
Great recap! hoping for Good positions for you next match!!!
A nice comeback victory! In the position at 4:55, as an alternative to Bg3, perhaps Re1 is worth considering. (Of course, this is with the benefit of hindsight, since in the game the e4 pawn was lost.) After Re1, Black's tactic with Nxe4 no longer seems to work, since after Bxe7 Nxc3 Bxd8, Black can't take White's queen because of his back-rank problems.

Fun recap with someone talking in the background. Good job on recap.
Clean game.
That video is great Dina.. Kudos!... I enjoy all your videos I think.. But this is cool for exactly the reasons you thought it would be. And I'm a grumpy F&^ker. 😅. I only watch/like 4 chess youtube channels. Levy's, Agadmador's, Coffee Chess and yours. .. Not necessarily in that order. But this was really enjoyable/impressive to watch your thought process etc.
great format and style
Great video style, love the natural Dina! A bit confusing at times though with you trying to remember the game from heart, but that's to be expected. And congrats on the win!
Is great to see you Playing In tournaments again Go-go-go Dina !!!!!!!
More importantly let's talk about how good you look in zebra print 👍🖐️🍾❤️
Congrats Gorgeous. Now do it again! WIN THIS WHOLE TOURNAMENT! Also, do a long hot, hot, hot steam sauna to breathe steam vapors, (maybe menthol) to cook out any remaining cold bugs for your optimum good health, Miss Dina. 🎉
Love the organic format. A slightly higher angle on the board would be nice. The pieces blend together when they're in a straight line.
Good Job ❤ Dina!!! 🎉
Love your video style 🙂. Not sure I would be that keen on playing you - it would be brutal. Like the chess board.
I'm always sick when I play my chess too 😊 Congrats on the first win!
It's really cool that you and both Botez' are playing this tournament.
where can I buy that chessboard ?
Gratulácie Dina 🥳
As soon as I heard you start talking I could tell you were under the weather. Hoping for a speedy recovery !
Natural Style is genuine, raw, and real. It would be lovely to sprinkle this style in once in awhile. I support this creative style 100%. Much Love and Appreciation for your hardwork and efforts in the tournament!!!
Go ahead, good luck!!! kisses!!!
I think I gave up playing scotch, and stuck with Italian. But still interested in those lines
Well done!
Congratulations
3:41 hahaha "the real board the real pieces"... yes! I like it and I'm able to followw😊 all good with me!!

ps: I was surprised you didn't take a look at the written moves... specially when you didn't remember... why not? Is it forbidden by the Russian School of Chess?

oh ok finally you did xD
😍 Dina
Love the format! Black played some of those moves so fast lol. Good luck Dina!
Hearing a fake Russian accent from someone with a real Russian accent was hilarious, God tier content.
Won by mating the queen :D What a resignation. Thanks Dina!
That was amazing but I have to admit I mostly just watched Dina.
I've seen your steam yesterday, nice one. I would hae preferred seeing your opponents face, just to see his body reaction. Good luck for today!!
Dina can u suggest me a opening as a white and black both. I am beginner i want help.
Dina wheres the board? I can't see the moves in that view😭 Gg✌️
hi Dina
It's refreshing
Great analyses, congrats on your win and keep us updated regarding the future course, it's impressive that you have so much energy even though you had a cold and almost had to bye the match! The russian school of chess is strong!:D
3:46 Love that accent switch!!

It's a fake Russian accent. She broke character
Cant see the board
I like the video :-) and your humour relating to your accent and the Russian school of chess.
Welcome back.
I don't know who this new Dina is but I like her a lot 😍
I like this format. I have some suggestions to make it even better: 1) Have the move sheet at reach, so you can check the moves if needed. I don't think there's a need to strain and recall every single move and variation from memory. 2) If you have a spare camera and can composite cam-face with board-face, it would look much better. Whatever you do, keep the face-cam. We don't want to miss seeing you! - The 8th and 7th rank were a little out of focus (this is normal, because the focus was on your plane). - At several points, tall pieces on the 8th rank obstruct the vision of other pieces in the same file (e.g. black king blocks vision of black pawn in front). This would be fixed with a different angle. - If you could somehow film the board with an overhead shot (camera above your head, behind you, looking down to the board), we could see the game from the same side you saw it. Congratulations on your hard earned victory!
I really enjoyed your presentation of Using real pieces!!! Maybe if you are able to raise up your side of the board about 2 inches, it would give us a more friendly angle of chessboard, or a little adjustment on the camera angle. The 8th rank, taller Black "WOODEN" pieces, do block the view, somewhat, of the ♟️'s in front of them. Can't wait to see the next one!!! Good luck🍀
You need a digital board. Too hard to keep track of position 😢
Please could you add a graphic of the chessboard. Other than that, loved it!
I wouldn't mind if you add a small digital board on the upper corner of this perspective.
If you can't make a graphics board, maybe adjust the camera (higher and closer) so the board can be seen. 😊
Trying to get used to it, but having the camera a little higher with a little bit more downward angle at the board would make it easier to see the black side.
"ok where were we ?" the fck i know, i lost track of things after 10 sec...
Best Russia chess accent on youtube, so funny
Love the natural Dina style. Maybe improve camera angle to see board a bit better.
Love this style of recap! Keep this board please 🙏 But a slightly steeper angle may help those missing the digital board. Hope you feel better soon, and go on to absolutely smash this!
It's good but prefer a higher camera angle so pieces don't hide behind other pieces so much.
Thanks for explaining so well, i am only a 1100-1200 player so i actually learn a lot from this. (if i only can remember half of it..) It took me about 5 seconds to find the sacrifice(of course i had to paus the video) but i only found it because you said we would never find it, if i played in this situation i would not see it, because i am extremely unwilling to even think about sacrificing my rooks.( but i think different when i look at puzzles then i do when i actually play(unfortunately)

@@imeprezime1285 I don`t play that much, so chess.c.. is enough for me, but thanks for the tips. Also maybe the main reason i saw it so fast was because the move we should do was in the center of the board and i knew it was a sacrifice we normally would not do or think about.
gg against a very sneaky 1600
Hi Dina
Need a digital bored overlay so we can see it better.
"Andrea, be as loud as you can!' !!!!! I fear you Dana. Like the format - real board is cool. I like the pure presentation
Please use digital board
tbh i find it hard to follow the game without the board overlay, not sure how complicated it is to add. Hopefully in the future recaps there will be one.
Nice biceps on preview
Dina, you are so lovely! Regarding the recap looking at the board makes it hard to follow the game. It would be much easier to follow on a 2D flat graphic board as normally used on YT. Thanks for posting.
The crazy thing about you, and probably Every chess YTer, is how you remember complete games and can also show a line of several moves and then immediately replace every piece. Maybe a bit more Age will slow you down !! Or... do you have the game moves off camera ?!?!
Gina, you're such a trooper to do a recap for us when you obviously feel poorly, I wish you the very best in the tournament and I hope everyone hits the like button AND gives you a $Thanks every time you win.
This natural format behind a real board is way better to learn from and more entertaining.

Big facts!
the format is good but its hard to follow the bpard, irl i believe its more close but there its hard to see. maybe if it was closer or something. I do like the minimal editing though
I have to say that your opponent played a bit above his rating. You were right to always respect your opponent .
Love the soviet style of teaching with the wooden peices
Sorry I can't follow without a digital board 😢
