Back on the snow in Vermont! Putting the 650 through the ringer up in the NEK, can it keep up!?

After what has been way too long, we're back on the snow riding! Winter came back a bit and we were able to head back up to Island Pond to get a couple days of riding in. Follow along as I head up north to meet up with everyone and hit the snow.
We woke up Sunday morning to a few fresh inches of snow, that combined with intermittent squalls made for some pretty poor visibility but I still pulled some good footage from the day. Food up north was amazing as usual, Aprils Maple and The Essex House never fail to deliver in that regard....the camp chef's did a pretty good job too. I'm loving this little 650 I built up and am looking forward to more miles on it this season. Stay tuned for Day 2 coming up soon!

That was my wife and I in the Canan Border Riders groomer. We went to Aprils for lunch that day.

It really is! It feels weird not really having anything left to do on it or try out!
First time seeing someone else run skidoo tunnel bags on a polaris. What mounts do you have?

I'm using the Itek (itek) Link-It mounts on both my 650 and my Boost Assault. They held up great on the Assault last year so I went with them again this season on the 650 and still have no complaints!

@@MunsonMotorsports Yupp I got the same ones but some of the paint came off on mine because I run the fuel caddy on it

It's just a cheapy off amazon honestly, I forget the name but I can look it up and get back to you! The biggest part is a helmet that's well sealed from windnoise and putting a little fuzzy "dead cat" mic cover to cut down on the wind even more.
So what’s your take on the helmet??

I haven't had a full ride with my new Mission Patriot yet, I'm still using my old one. The new one has a different shell size and I need some thinner cheekpads for it. Waiting for an extra reason to get out to the dealership and see if they've got any on hand I can pick up.
