That car has seen nothing but love over the years

I’m 6’5” and have a 96 c4. Seat all the way down and back there’s enough headroom, problem is my knees hit the steering wheel. Tight but still doable.

Nice video! I just bought a busted ass 84 corvette for 1200 bucks. I couldn't let it end up at the junk yard. Even though its the worst year of the C4 due to the cross fire injection I'm going to have fun restoring it to its former glory.

I actually like these better than the newer ones. maybe ill get one. they're modern but not too much like todays cars. i like real buttons. no touchscreens. its like a good g shock watch as opposed to an applewatch

I'm 6'5" as well and have been looking into getting a c4, but I'm always worried about fitting. So this review was perfect for me

I own a 1995 C4. Nice review

If you’re tall with big feet, the 6 speed version is challenging to drive. I’m 6’3” with a size 14 shoe and the pedals are so close together that I either drive barefoot or wear a thinner pair of sneakers.

Good to know. I am 6'4" and wear a size 12 shoe, not sure how I would do in one of these but starting to research them. I'm wondering if the C5 would be a better choice?

@@OffTrackProductions I also own a 2002 C5. Far easier car to get in and out of. Plenty of spacing with the pedals. The C5 is far is more livable.

I wear a size 18, but im still looking to get one. Going to sit in one tomorrow or Saturday. My commute to work is only 4/5mins so I'm not too worried about comfort. But im going to have v a tough time in any car pretty much with my height, leg length, and shoe size... so I said to myself "why not just get what you really want instead of compromising!"

great review! I could tell there wasn't a ton of video making/editing expertise, but that comes with time I'm sure. The content was 10/10 though! I am looking into buying one, and I'm glad to know that I should be able to fit okay. I also was very surprised to find out you have to unbolt the targa top to take it off! That's crazy they didn't just have latches like the newer ones. Good to know! And I never would have found the hatch release button either 😆 Very useful, thanks again!

Not my favourite year of vette. Still a sharp looking car for its age though. Gave you a like regardless. Because that shirt/band is rad to the max!!!👌🏼

I have a polo green 1996 C4 corvette. I love it. I am only 5' 8 inches tall but still struggle to get in and out. NP.

Just gave my dad an 85 and slapped similar rims in 19". Makes alot of difference compared to the stock wheels. Would love to have had enough for a C7 but round here she's slammed retro. . . The body lines are timeless and classic..thanks for the video.

6' 2" and a 93 Ruby Red convertible. Seat all the way back and down and I just fit. Can't gain any more weight at 235. Can't get any older at 54! Looks like tiny portions and exercise is the only thing that will save my steering wheel. Can't pull a big belly out of such a cool car!

Im 6ft6 and this helped me out. Im probably gonna lower the drivers seat by removing the tracks

C4s are cheap and a bargain you get 250 to 330 hp , most c4s are 10 thou and under I want a 94 cause that's the year I was born I'm going to buy one for 8 thousand .

This might be a weird question, but what is your sitting height and your inseam? I.e. my sitting height, from floor to top of my head, is 38.5" and my inseam is 32". Just asking so I can kind of visualize the room I would have in the car

So are you a long torso for a 6'5"? I am 6'3" and just sat in a 84 C4 and my head was touching the roof (with the seat all the way back and down) -- I have a 34 inseam so yes, long torso.

Bro, you're in Tulsa???? 2 things: 1) When you're getting in and out, you can't put any weight whatsoever on the steering wheel. It wears out a part in the tilt mechanism in the steering column ... 1K repair job. 2) Not t-tops; single Targa top. Good Video 6'5" too ... in Brookside

What size rims and tires are on the front and back, and was the Vet lowered in any way?

Yep. This one I know. You are absolutely the maximum height. My brother at your height could just barely do it. And he got a C5 in order to have more room (it's a little better). I'm over the line. Not able to do much more than move it in a parking lot. No real driving. ~ 6'8"

What else would everyone want to see? A Part 2?? Let me know!!

maybe a bit more on the road, acceleration, take over on a highway... how to put down the spare tire... i like your vids... you have like a smooth and accurate way to show the cars. makes it interesting.
