I have rarely travelled by Air India, but when I travelled, it was ok years ago. Nothing great. That is a drastic and positive change in service ( especially the steward so professional and courteous). You were too loud to say..... " Air India is improving day by day". If I was a steward, I would be embarrassed and feel bit offended. As a passenger, I would have just said, " Lovely serivce and Thanks so much" as a compliment. I am planning to travel to Kerala in November, looking for flights via London, or Amsterdam or Munich. My best option is KLM Dutch airlines ( best service).
