    I know that for MiiCoffee owners, we had to conatct miicoffee directly and send them our receipt from WHATEVER seller we got it from to request the single hole tip and they would send it our for free. I'm in the USA, and the MiiCoffee Apex and Turin Legato are the same machine but different sellers, I think. Sorry if this isn't helpful. That's what I had to do to get the single hole tip.
