You are a total laugh and a half. I have 2-3 different sizes of magnets and my son says forget it old lady - not going to happen.You stick to fishing; nothing as big as what they are catching and forget motorcycles and safes NO - NO - NO. Not going to happen. I envey you and your friends haveing so much fun. But at 72 years old and a lady; l' m a bit past this at my age. So you need to have fun for me and make sure l' m enjoying myself. Love and stay out of the water.

Leigh, I would be so happy if you would come to Hamburg/Germany for some magnet fishing. I understand that legally there are some challenges about "taking things out of the ground" which makes magnet fishing and metal detecting a bit challenging but I'm sure it's gonna be ok, Hamburg has sooo many canals and waterways, not as many as amsterdam but still, could be some good spots, plus Hamburg is a very ancient city in essence, so there is potential for some very old finds in the canals.
