Awesome having you back Jan! 👍 Very happy to hear you've been out enjoying the fruits of your very hard labour, getting some travelling done. Three of my Mothers brothers were life long dairy farmers in N.W. Quebec. During my typical two week stay every summer when I was 8 or 9yrs old, I was in the barn one night with two uncles using chains and come along, delivering a breach calf!! It was one amazing sight to behold at such a young age. I'll never forget in the summer of 71 I was finally tall enough to reach the clutch and brake pedals on my uncles new Oliver 4x4 tractor with power steering and front end loader attachment!! It was also that same summer when I started driving the two wheel drive tractor with the baler hooked up and a buggy behind it, holding 100+ bales of hay! My older cousins would be driving other tractors coming and going with the empty off loaded loads to keep things rolling!! Those were some of my fondest memories growing up!! Mad respect for all you hard working farmers. Cheers, Pierre.

I spotted you at Pearson airport while we were both boarding a flight to Saskatoon a few weeks ago. That must have been at the end of the Ontario part of your travels. I was on my way to visit a relative who lives there. It sure was cold when the plane landed, eh? Glad you got the heck out of there and went to sunny Vegas soon after.

YEAH!!! Welcome back!!!! A little adventure is good for you and wish you could have shared some of your adventures.... A young jockey from Costa Rica lived with me for a while (both horse and harness racer). No accent at all with perfect English and fluent in Spanish of course. Another friend, a machinist from the mountains of Costa Rice worked in a machine shop here for years. A Doctor friend that worked for the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta lived there several years and provided training in a new hospital in San Jose. He loved Costa Rica...
